The idea here is to abuse the Necromancer's Stockpile + Soul of Inistrad + Return to the Ranks synergy.
Early game you will be cycling excess elvish mystics/Caryatid. Then late game you will be returning the creatures
to your hand via Soul of Inistrad. You also have the option to put into play 2 casting or less creatures into play
via Return to the Ranks. It looks good on paper however it is yet to be tested, Comments please

The Creatures:
The Elvish Mystic/Sylvan Caryatid/Courser of Kruphix as we all know is the ultimate ramp & defense strategy for green based decks.
The Ooze/Voice of Resurgence/Lotleth Troll here are the on the offense & is our main target for Return to the Ranks.
Nighthowler has to potential to finish games fast late game when creatures get stacked into your graveyard.
Nylea & Pharika is for added reach & support for offense.
Soul of Inistrad ofcourse is self explanatory. It is good either in play or in graveyard.
The Spells:
Necromancer's Stockpile is our graveyard outlet & cycling machine for two mana.
Return to the Ranks is our mid game and late game finisher to overwhelm opponenets with mass creatures.
Commune with the Gods is to search for either Necromancers Stockpile or Soul of Inistrad
Niss/Garruk are just quality planeswalkers that are very hard to ignore. It is very good on its own & help you if you are playing catch up in board presence.
Hero's Downfall is for defense against opposing planeswalkers & bothersome creatures.
Restock is to re-use card in graveyard.
Made a few additions such as Polukronos as the deck was lacking on 4 casting cost creature.
Also added Elspeth Sun's Champion for added raw power while Nissa Worldwaker is out because there is not enough forests in the deck.
