I am new to the competitive side of standard. I built a fast paced R/W aggro that mainly wants to alpha strike someone. However after playing a few games I found that the deck is very susceptible to removal and it hurts it severally in the long run. If anyone can suggest a way to keep my army of 1 toughness creatures alive that would be most helpful. Also my sideboard is a MESS, so all help there would be appreciated. My lands are also wacky if I could get some opinions on them too. Open to any suggestions.

Frontline Medic is your best friend. Get as many as you can find. Some other fun things you can use in no particular order: Viashino Firstblade Truefire Paladin Good if you can't get Battalion going and helps keep up the pace later in the game. Wojek Halberdiers Daring Skyjek Maybe replace the pegasi with this. Five-Alarm Fire and Path of Bravery. Because getting rewarded for what you want to do anyway is always a good thing. Precinct Captain Helps get the 3 attackers you need for Battalion. Sacred Foundry is WELL worth getting if you can afford it.
And whenever Iroas comes out you'll seriously want at least 2.

I haven't played with him, but he seems powerful. In this kind of deck, more tokens are never a bad thing.
