Hi! I have not seen a combo deck here before, but it's possible. Just remember that "turns" doesn't win, but attacking with creatures does. You may only get your combo less than 50% of the time, and if you half-get it, you just might be better served attacking with a 10/10 than taking another turn but losing power.
As a rule, I like to see 8 copies of an important effect. You have 12 card draw, 8 life gain for Sunbond, so I would cut Fate Foretold for Gods Willing. Next though you really want more creatures. 12 often means you only see 1, and all the enchants are dead. I think Hopeful Eidolon is your card, replacing Azorius Charm.
I hope you can make it work. Your biggest obstacle will be getting your enchanted creature or creature with +1 counters killed and you have to start over.
Alternatively you could take this deck midrange with more early defense and Archangel of Thune.

I picked Blue as the splash color mainly because Hidden Strings is just absolutely bonkers. I don't really like Sage of Hours and Battlefield Thaumaturge that much however. No idea for the sideboard, I mainly built it for versus control.
I found two things held me back in mono-white: 1) I would play cards so fast I'd run out. 2) Supreme Verdict. Ajani's Presence could solve the second one, perhaps, but white had no solution for card draw. You have some options (there's a heroic 3 drop for example), and I think I would prioritize that over Hidden Strings or Akroan Skyguard, although I can definitely see the advantage of casting a creature, attacking, and getting more mana post-combat. I'm also a firm believer in Brave the Elements, so long as you have all white creatures.

I sadly can't use Brave the Elements, as this deck is for a GP post-m15. I could go monowhite but then I'd have to cut fabled hero or eidolon of countless battles for the heroic 3-drop.
Here is my UW heroic deck. Let me know of any suggestions/comments you have. It's worked pretty well for me so far, especially with the battlefield thaumaturge and launch the fleet.
I like it. Other cards that go with Battlefield Thaumaturge: Glimpse the Sun God, Curse of the Swine, Ajani's Presence, Polymorphous Rush (imagine turning 3 of your worst creatures into their best creature, but you get heroic counters). But I guess the real question is how well does it play now? What are the problems in your matches?

Also, I would consider Polymorphous Rush, and tried Glimpse of the Sun God but found that it was trying to do too many things at once in my opinion, and didn't have as much value to me because it didn't trigger my dudes heroic mechanic. Ajani's Presence to me is basically a Gods willing but putting a +1/+1 instead of scry, and the scry is something that this deck needs.
Ajani's Presence is a sideboard card to survive Supreme Verdict. Glimpse the Sun God is a sideboard card to stop massive attacks from the opponent, but if you can tap all their guys (maybe it's just Desecration Demon or Master of Feasts), then consider also tapping your own for heroic effects. If you need scry, Aqueous Form. Hopeful Eidolon will help massively against other aggressive decks. Bestowed, it can mean you gaining 4 life while simultaneously dealing 4, and that wins races. Hero of Iroas is its natural companion. And if you need more bigger creatures, Eidolon of Countless Battles or Fabled Hero can fill the bill. I would add another island and another plains to this, or 2 temples. Anyway, consider all these as options, replacing whatever creatures you find less effective, and some can be for the sideboard.

Ok, I see what you're saying. I got confused on what Gods Willing protects from (DEBT). I'm going to look at the list again and make some changes. Thanks for all your input! I'll repost soon with the edited list.
I Think you should play it and report back. One thing though: you have a lot of 2x, which means the deck will vary a lot in how it plays. When you figure which you like best and least let us know.

There's one thing that I've kind of figured out-I hardly play the battlefield thaumaturge when i get him. his heroic is slightly less valuable than the other cards IMO, and all the protection spells I have are overkill for using on him I think (ex. gods willing makes him hexproof and pro-color). I'm starting to think I can get more value elsewhere because I usually have enough mana at the end that striving isn't a big problem especially for launch the fleet
This is a rough decklist for a GW Heroic build I was hoping to take to my next FNM. I posted a thread in Standard deck creation but it hasn't gotten any replies yet
The biggest problem this currently has is that it runs a LOT of two-ofs which can potentially mess with the deck's consistency; the creature-to-heroic trigger ratio is also almost 1:1 when I definitely want a bit more creatures than spells and enchantments.
The problem with heroes is that when you have several, normally you can only target one or two at a time. The rest are sitting there jealous. For this reason, I think it's best to play no more than 12 heroes (and puck the best ones) so you can focus your spells on them, and then for the rest play good creatures that are perfectly happy to not be targeted. So in GW, 4 Fleecemanes and 4 Voice of Resurgence makes a lot of sense.

Been testing this on MODO with great success.
Has a little trouble against Esper Control and Mono-Black Devotion, but what deck doesn't.
The entire maindeck is ready for rotation except for Hallowed Fountain and Mizzium Skin.
I tested the deck for a while without Fountain and it did ok. The biggest issue was when Hero of Iroas wanted to cast multiples of 2cmc blue auras on turn 3 and couldn't, (Stratus Walk and Ordeal of Thassa). The deck is shifted to white to support Eidelon, Fabled Hero, and T1 Favored Hoplite. Hopefully we get a reprint of Adarkar Wastes right away in Khans of Tarkir, otherwise we're stuck with Mana Confluence if our plan gets color intensive.
Not a fan of Akroan Skyguard, at least not in this build. Aqueous Form, Stratus Walk and Gods Willing push enough damage through.
Edit: Just tried Hidden Strings in this build. It's the functional equivalent of a Feeling of Dread + Serra's Blessing. Connecting to opponent's face every turn via Aqueous Form gets the Cipher online. I didn't love it maindeck though. It's now in the sideboard.
Ok, I've play tested a few times now, making changes here and there, and I've come up with this. Still thinking about sideboard, but definitely Rapid Hybridization for baron and storm dragon. This is fast enough to get creatures out early and do some damage, while providing protection and beefing them up at the same time.
26 creatures seems like a lot to me. It looks more like a swarm deck than a heroic deck, and I think a Brimaz WW build just does that better.
I think Rapid Hybridization could be great if you're bringing in all 4. Otherwise try Curse of the Swine. Mythic Midrange has both Stormbreath and Blood Baron, and Curse works great in that matchup.
which creatures would you suggest taking out since it sounds like a lot? I'm thinking maybe daxos or the paragons, but the paragons have so much value to me (pumps everyone and can give a vigilance target for one white)
The Paragons seem a bit slow and fragile to me. If you're looking for an anthem effect I'd look into Spear of Heliod or maybe Hall of Triumph. Hall is better if you expect your opponent to side in enchantment hate, but you're not an aura or devotion deck, so they likely won't. If you think you'll miss the vigilance, try Triton Tactics, it's incredible in matches where you are racing against aggro.
I played Daxos for a bit, and while it was pretty sweet when he worked it's more cute than effective, even when I was connecting with combat damage every turn with Aqueous Form, he always seemed like win-more.
A huge part of your strategy hinges on buffing your team via Phalanx Leader. I'd protect him better. While Ajani's Presence is great against Supreme Verdict, it's useless against popular removal spells like Banishing Light, Banisher Priest, Detention Sphere, and Bile Blight. I've had much better luck with Mizzium Skin. I keep the Ajani's Presence in the sideboard and usually only bring them in vs U/W/x. I do see some lists that run them main though.

Mizzium Skin > Ajani's Presence.
Presence is in side for Supreme Verdict and Anger of the Gods.
In testing I was occasionally getting wrecked by Banishing Light, Chained to Rocks, Detention Sphere, and Bile Blight. I need 6 spells in the list to deal with those. The spell that gives me the biggest headache is Devour Flesh. Edict effects are so good against us. Speaking of spells that give us a hard time, Blood Baron of Vizkopa is a real pain too. Game 2 there's Curse of the Swine in the sideboard. Options are pretty limited. Rapid Hybridization could work too I guess.
