I'm playing Naya Aggro at the moment, and I would like some ideas on threats out of the sideboard that control decks can't really deal with or give them a hard time.
Boros chram dones a number on supreme verdict and tricks in combat. This only adds to what has already been mentioned. Actually my inner control player wonders how control has continued to exist in this hostile enviroment but my inner aggro player loves it.
And obviously this doesn't apply to Naya aggro, but Tamiyo is excellent against bant too. Most of their game plan revolves around resolving one solid threat and keeping the board clear, but Tamiyo really punishes that style of play.
Garruk relentless is not too bad, or ajani could even work. I find when playing control if they're able to resolve a walker when I'm tapped out it can be pretty problematic. Thragtusk into garruk primal hunter drawing 5 or even +1 garruk then next turn wolf run something on your main phase to draw a ton of cards off his -3 is something I win off of quite often with naya vs control decks.
Vs control you really have to emphasize card value (PWs, creatures coming down via cavern, etb effects, etc) or hurt them enough that they are forced to sweep and you can follow it up with lethal soon after IMO.
In naya colours:
Zealous conscripts
Garruk Primal Hunter
Garruk Relentless
Ajani, caller of the pride (sort of)
Triumph of Ferocity
Huntmaster of the Fells
Kessig Wolf Run (turns any creature into a legit threat and forces reactions)
Cavern of Souls (if you're running creatures heavy you really want at least 2 of these)

Garruk, Primal Hunter is a good option if you can handle the GGG cost consistently enough. Pumping out a 3/3 every turn is reasonable and he dodges all their sweepers. He can also just draw you a bunch of cards and more threats if you have a good enough board position. He's a pretty difficult card for them to fight overall.
Triumph of Ferocity can be a good card advantage engine against control for a green creature deck like Naya.
Gideon, Champion of Justice might be worth exploring. Outside of Detention Sphere there's probably not too many ways for them to remove him. Of course he won't grow much (if at all) against them but a 5/5 indestructible attacker that also dodges Terminus could be a nice trump. He does get stalled pretty badly by Azorius Charm though so there's that.
Dutiful Thrull with a lot of buffs (I prefer artifacts, Alpha Authority, or Rancor against them), they're wasting a lot of Azorious Charms and Unsummons for this one drop.

Going back to Europe Tonight. will say goodbye to you all.
You can't. Just play the mirror. Welcome to standard.
Edit: I'll try to be more constructive. Common answers are Devour Flesh, Abrupt Decay, Liliana of the Veil, Azorious and Izzet charms, Rolling Tremblor, and Centaur Healer. But really none of those cards are close to as powerful as Boros Charm, Ash Zealot, Hellrider, Thundermaw Hellkite, or even Flinthoof Boar. For some reason WotC decided every red creature also needs to be a 3 point burn spell. Compound that with shocklands and control decks just have no chance for the foreseeable future.
not a chance. depends on what control tho. at least in my creatureless esper millyard control deck, Gideon is not a problem at all. I even wouldn't bother countering him.
You played JESUS?!?! I heard none of his guys stay in the graveyard, and once you think you have him beat he ALWAYS comes back to win within three turns. I like...WORSHIP him.

I posted about this card and people dogged it...
But ive used it in naya and crushed control.
Its a clock. And if your ramping turn 3 or 4 is nice.
I've been using moonsilver spear in a couple sideboards lately. Games against control go long, you get the mana for it eventually and it's pretty impossible to stop every creature from turning sideways, especially if they're running something like azorius charm to stop attacks. All of your top deck creatures can start an angel of chain, even mana dorks, and if you already have angels started you can just hold creatures in hand waiting for the board wipe to start right back up again. No one is running artifact hate and there's always a good turn to cast it eventually, normally when they've tapped out for srev.

"A scrupulous writer, in every sentence that he writes, will ask himself at least four questions, thus: 1. What am I trying to say? 2. What words will express it? 3. What image or idiom will make it clearer? 4. Is this image fresh enough to have an effect? And he will probably ask himself two more: 1. Could I put it more shortly? 2. Have I said anything that is avoidably ugly?"
Oops, I forgot my favorite card when I'm playing vs control: Slayer's Stronghold. Turning any late game creature into a bullet that must be dealt with at instant speed makes knocking off those last few life easy. Plus it's difficult to remove and makes hitting land drops above 4 not quite as disappointing.

Strangleroot Geist and Loyal Cathar beat wrath.
Loxodon Smiter beats counters and burn spells.
Boros Reckoner beats thragtusk, and is good against Lingering Chumps.
Cavern of Souls beats counters.
Ash Zealot spikes them for doing things like Snapcasting or Thinking Twice.
Skullclamp?
I think the things I mentioned are all what you mentioned.
Just don't play Skullcrack. Card is bad.

Gideon is a beating against those decks, yeah.

Terminus, Merciless eviction, bonfire, and every other sweeper deals with this threat easily.
No.
I will just Charm him, bounce him, or tap him with Tamiyo.
