Arclight phoenix has apparently become the new go-to deck for Johnny-Spikes which started to annoy me recently on Arena, so I built an experimental new Esper control deck to keep it in check and teach those players a valuable lesson about that deck's fragile nature and situational co-dependencies. I still need to unlock more non-basic lands among other cards so it's not fully optimized yet, but I wanted to share it anyway to get some opinions, comments, suggestions, and criticisms.
Too many random 1 of's bugs the hell out of me I assume you are still grinding the mythics.
As a Pheonix player, I'd shock my own Pheonix to get it back in the graveyard if you luminous bonds also I'd just kill you with the drakes...
The esper control deck I played against on Friday night was UB splashing for Teferi and seal away, avoiding double white cards as not to strain the mana which doesn't have hallowed fountain or godless shrine yet. Perhaps once we get Azorius and Orzhov.
None of the above.
It's a deck. I like that it's different. I am happy that people are trying it. It doesn't seem OP or ubiquitous. What's the problem?
PS: If you still want something from your old profile, I would post a request here. Feyd has been super helpful and responsive, IMO.

Lol plenty of decks can be beaten if you target it. Although many other decks are going to stomp this deck that you've created

You need 4 Chemister's Insight it's the key card advantage card for control. Then they had syncopate and essence scatter and sinister sabotage in thier deck.

Forcing a single archetype in all formats: too many colors, bad mana.
In all seriousness though the deck looks fine if you want something narrow to handle Phoenix decks.
