I'm really depressed about my mana base. I don't have enough land to actually implement my brewed decks, some of which could easily take out out these top tier decks.
I just don't know what I can do without buying all these shock lands, which would be to expensive for me.

Playtest with proxy cards. If they do the job vs. the top decks, then you have no other choice but to purchase them if you want to use that particular deck. You can probably find shocklands for $8-10 (although I could be wrong since we live on different sides of the world). The sad part is that shocks will see a small dive when Dragon's Maze comes in, but I think they will hold a decent value long term because everyone needs them for Modern and Standard.
Standard can be expensive. I just bought 2 Boros Reckoner to complete a set for $20 each because I waited too long.
Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)

That's a pretty big claim, friend.
It's really easy to get overconfident about your decks before you, you know, actually play them.

No I've built the decks to take out different tier 1 decks. They are not tier 1 decks themselves. Why did everyone conclude my deck could beat ALL these tier 1 decks?

Yeah I share a card pool with 2 others, and it actually limits us in colors and whatnot since we only have so many shocklands between us. Luckily one of us is playing a mono-color atm.
But we'll playtest using gates as their appropriate shocklands, if the deck seems to be working out well then we may invest in shocklands as we need them. Or we just mess around on cockatrice.
Depending on how well you know people at your LGS you may be able to borrow lands for a FNM, we've been able to do that at our store; either the staff or other players are really cool about it.
You're not going to like my post. Skip to bullet #4 if you're thin skinned.
1) If you're having trouble picking up the (completely reasonably priced) lands for your decks, you can't really say that you care enough to even be playing competitive standard :/
2) If you think that your random brews can wreck a tier 1 deck with any sort of regularity, you're delusional.
3) If you think that your random brews can wreck a tier 1 deck without even testing them, you're full of yourself.

Then standard might not be for you. STandard is always expensive if you wanna be good. only advice I can tell you is don't play it. Just go play casual kitchen table or something.
Or just play FNM. Draft a bit and then play with what you get or build cheaper decks. There are teir 2 decks that are pretty cheap that is easy to build.
RDW is teir 1 and it can be less than 50 bucks if you get the cards for a reasonable price.
EDIT:
And the problem with playing anti-decks is that the meta is so diverse that they don't hold up right now. If this was during the endless cawblade meta or way back when affinity was the meta then you could reasonably prepare for a single matchup and win it 9 out of 10 times and still hold up ok against other decks. But right now there is a lot of diversity so its hard to make anti-decks that don't die immediatly if its the wrong matchup. I play in events and see at least 4-6 different decks every time.

Ha. They arent random. There is a mathematical equation to my deck building.
I've made different brews before and beaten many tier 1 decks they were built for. The problem is, they aren't tier 1 decks themselves.
