So if one were to make a haste-enabling deck to improve cards like Rubblebelt Raiders that want to attack out of the blue, which of these three cards would be the lesser of three evils?
Although Hellraiser is also targetable by removal, and having to swing in means he may just remove himself. I know you said no Mauler, but I would strongly urge you to reconsider. Among other things if your opponent burn him, it may mean your Rubblebelt Raiders living to swing anyway.
I don't see why haste enchantments or creatures are that strongly desired in a midrange deck. Is this just so you hate on control? Why not play creatures that just already have haste like Hellrider or Falkenrath Aristocrat? Is it that you just really want to play Rubblebelt Raiders?
I would honestly play Ring of Valkas before any of that other stuff because Haste to your dudes and nothing else isn't worth a card, and I think the 3-drop is terrible especially in a midrange strategy. Ring can at least make one dude grow bigger, lame as it is it's something.
Hellraiser Goblin
Racecourse Fury
Fervor
Im looking at more midrange, so i don't really like Lightning Mauler (my early spells will be dominated by removal and he's a bit too delicate).
What do you think? I know they are all pretty sub-par but im not making this thing to be super-competitive.
