My local store just started having FNM (T2) and I really been enjoying playing a grixis deck. I started with a basic deck build but have been changing it every week to tweak it
I would like to get some advice on the current build
Let me know what you think, so far the best I placed with this deck is second but hope to take 1st with this new build. The sideboard represents the local Meta.

Why are you not running Cruel Ultimatum, it's so good. Since you have Jace, TMS, I can assume you are not on a budget, so Scalding Tarn can go a long way here. It can shuffle unwanted cards off the top of your library. Act of Treason doesn't seem to good here. I would take 2 out for Cruel Ultimatum and the other 2 for 2 more terminates. I prefer See Beyond over Preordain.

I pulled both Jaces (very lucky pull obviously,) so yes, budget is a concern. Cruel Ultimatum is nice, but it doesn't really do what I'm looking for, and it hits really high on the mana curve. Essentially this version is trying to kill, counter, or steal the opponents creatures. I'm in serious trouble if I come up against a creature-light or creature-less deck.
I'm curious as to why you prefer See Beyond to Preordain. What about Ponder?
You need to be running cruel ultimatum, it may be high on the mana curve, but you're most certainly going to get to 7 mana. Act of Treason and Mind Control aren't very good.
You need to run 4 terminates, it's amazing removal. Inquisition of Kozielek is great against aggro, and takes controls counterspells. Also, Sphinx of Jwar Isle, Siege Gang Commander, and Sedraxis Specter are better than the creatures you are running.

Ah,
Well, Cruel does do a really good job in closing out a game, take their creature, make them sac another and beat face. I like see beyond over preordain as you have a choice in shuffling back "dead" cards (excess lands, dead removal, etc..) and potentially net 2 more useful cards instead.
Ponder also is pretty good, but I like it better with fetches, because if you have 1 card you really want and 2 you don't, you can draw it off the ponder, fetch and shuffle away the unwanted cards.

IMO: Ponder>Preordain>See Beyond.
