Bounce Away is a control deck I am in the process of working on. It has a basic principal: "Return everything your opponent has back to the hand, and keep the board clear." Eventually, this results in a dropped Stormtide Leviathan, Kederekt Leviathan, or Sphinx of Jwar Isle. Also, Sphinx Bone Wand helps to deal out some nice damage.
Discard for massive rage. Throw in some specters that DC on hit so you can try and rid them of their nasty critters before you run out of bounce. make sure you have a good amount of excess draw because if not, you'll be hurting.
Mono Blue Bounce seems like it could work against a lot of decks, bc it focuses on bouncing actual permanents. With the ramp, it should level out and let Stormtide Leviathan hit the board quickly.
The crabs are just to help eliminate cards along the way. Milling out 3 a turn may help get rid of threats before they appear.
The milling also might make threats appear faster than they would have normally too. The crabs should be removed for something else, if you plan on milling you should either commit to it fully or not bother.
Crabs out for Snappers. I think Snapper will work better anyway. As for U/G, I might consider dropping my chalices for Cultivates but I am not sure yet.
Not saying its a problem with your deck, but with the bouncing idea. Bouncing in and of itself is a way to deal with creatures that has inherent Card Disadvantage. You spend a card to clear the field but you are a card down in hand and their card just moved from the battlefield back to their hand. If you are bouncing and not removing there should be some clear advantages (such as using it very cheaply like unsummon is or bouncing two creatures like in whiplash).
