Are people forgetting Wall of Omens and Angelsong? There are plenty of cards right now, and especially after RoE, to slow your opponent down. Come on people, Jacerator is semi-viable and this deck is Jacerator on crack.
RDW caves to a Kor Firewalker or, maybe more relevant for an artifact list, a Vedalken Outlander. If a white deck wants to beat RDW it will.
CC was just used for its versatility (Like any blue standard deck pre-rotation) and was never a corner piece for the deck. Was there a blue deck pre-rotation that didn't run CC? No. Does its loss make this deck unplayable? Not even close.
Losing its egg was the only reason this deck was not viable until now. Well, guess what, its gets a new one with Rise, and the new egg is actually even better than the old one. This ability to filter mana is great in a deck trying to get double blue and double white without access to filter lands.
You want the reason this deck will do well? Time Sieve, like all combo decks, is hard to interact with. It is a true combo deck in a meta that hasn't seen one yet. If the format is full of decks made to beat Jund this deck will shine. As long as it remains a dark horse it will do well. If people start packing time sieve specific hate? It won't be pretty.
If anything, this deck is poised to do well at the first big tourneys of the season. The Philly Open and National Qualifiers are going to be a testing ground for the new slower RoE cards; including Wall of Omens (which beats Jund at its own game). UW will probably see a huge jump in popularity as it already has a good game against Jund and only gets better with Rise. Speculation is half the battle (and half the field) at the first tourneys of the season.

most TS decks won because of Cryptic, i know of people who wouldnt even of piloted them if cryptic wasnt around
O_o... they won because of fog?Dont get me wrong Cryptic was great and gave the deck a lot of flexibility, but it was nowhere essential. In the current meta I could see either Negate or Safe Passage taking the spot without any problem, depending if you are expecting a lot of control or midrange deck. It's not like you have to deal with Kithkin/5CC and Fairy all at the same time anymore.
Thx a lot for the list.I know he's a pro and i'm not, but a lot of the card choice seem terrible.Sphinx of the Steel Wind and 7 Cycler? No Glacial Fortress?

You forget Cryptic tapped their creatures, not fogged them. You generally tapped them out then attacked with 4+ 5/5s (thank you Tezzeret). However, you can always do the same with except with a number like 10 dudes if you want to with the builds I use (Quest for Ancient Secrets allows you to not deck yourself, much more stable) or swing with a giant Glassdust Hulk.

I want to preface this by saying if you want to talk card choices, we should head over the the DFC subforum and make a new Sieve thread (or use the old one, but nobody's posted there for probably 3 months or something similar).
I agree on the Sphinx, but the reason he (and others at the same event) used it is because if you land it against Jund, you pretty much win. However, with it's cost, you can easily combo out at the same you would otherwise cast it. You don't use Glacial Fortress because if you have a hand with only 1 land and a Borderpost, you want a basic. The 7 cycler option is one I used (except w/ 6, and actually to some success). The thing is, the loss of the stupid little bottle killed the deck, and that number of cyclers served to replace the egg.
And about Tezzy being the main win-con, yes he's amazing, but I'd say he kills about the same number of times as the Hulk does, even when I use the Hulk as a one-of.
