Even though this was changed into a B/W midrange thread by the mods I will still post my B/U/W deck here. And about bloodghast, it gives the deck gas late game if you run out of creatures and with so much good removal, it is good to have something that swings almost every turn even if it is killed.
Early game is getting your mana base in order, killing things and countering things. Then start dropping a fatty every turn or two until one or two sticks, and swinging for 2 every once and a while with bloodghast or 3 with creeping tar pit. And I will repeat again I am really liking the 2 of sphinx of lost truth's I am always happy when I draw them late game. It is also fun playing this deck and watching your opponents get annoyed with you drawing extra cards every few turns and countering their blightnings/mind sludges when you dont have a few bloodghasts in your hand you dont mind discarding. I was also thinking about putting a couple sadistic sacrament's in the sideboard. Has any used this card, and if so did you like it?
I'd been thinking why not Admonition Angel? A decent, if not slightly slow, beater that also helps solve the Persecutor problem. Looks like Thedarksyde thought of this also, but seems like it could be good. And of course supports the whole "angels and demons" theme which is way more important to me than it should be
