Meloku, the clouded Mirror : Can you see something better to seal the game against Bushwacker?Me neither, oh and can you see the happyness of opening this in a draft?
Lots of chumps hurts bushwacker. It needs landfall and bushwackers or else it's throwing 1/1s and 0/1s at you. You drop her and suddenly they hit a wall very easily.
Kitchen Fink : Just to throw a wrench to aggro deck. Engineered Explosives : Once again to throw a wrench to aggro deck. Cryptic Command : It's stupid to say but UUU is playable in a 4cc control deck so why not? Vedalken Shackles : GIMMI A WINCON PLEASE T_T. Meloku, the clouded Mirror : Can you see something better to seal the game against Bushwacker?Me neither, oh and can you see the happyness of opening this in a draft? Dark Depths : FEAR THE THIRD TURN 20/20! Mana Leak/Remand : Pretty please?
Basicly anything that can bring control back in standard...
Your list is pretty much what I'd ask for again along with Kokusho, the Evening Star, Kiega, the Tide Star, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Yosei, the Morning Star, and yes even Jugan, the Rising Star (Eldrazi Green would have a hilarious time with it on the second upkeep). The five Kamigawa dragons could easily find decks to go into and would probably bring some archetypes to life. Shrapnel Blast, Incinerate, Pyrite Spellbomb, Aether Spellbomb would be interesting. If Onslaught was still in ext I would ask for a reprint on the original fetches just for amusement factor and of course the Ravnica duels would in fact be a welcome....no Reflecting Pool though. I suggested enough mana fixing as it is.
Sensei's Divining Top. Sure, it would make Bloodbraid Elf marginally stronger, but it's a much bigger boon to the Cascade decks, which are the closest thing we currently have to a control deck. Plus, name a deck that couldn't benefit from the Top.
Three Dreams. To encourage some metagame variety. It would probably make Sigil of the Empty Throne decks viable.
Mirri the Cursed. We finally have a high-tier deck that wants her.
Molten Rain. With Zendikar's landfall theme necessitating lots of ways to drop extra lands, we finally have a Standard format in which land destruction would be viable, but not overpoweringly dominant or non-interactive.
Okay, so I know I didn't go for the bomb rares that would be much more likely to make real impacts on Standard, but I'm a simple guy with simple needs.
I like the suggestion of Trinisphere a lot. I was initially going to offer Fact or Fiction as my card (regardless of it not being in extended), but Trinisphere is also an interesting choice.
That's what I came up with off the top of my head, but I think it's a pretty well-rounded list. For the more controlling players, of course. I didn't offer any red or white cards because I think those colors are doing just fine these days. Also, I don't understand why some people are suggesting cards that just rotated a few months ago. Where's the fun in that?
I'm a Boros player so of course I'd love to see Lightning Helix back. As for a card that could really change the metagame, I think Cryptic Command would do wonders for control.

How does that seal the game against bushwahcerk?
Talk about metashakeing. This card singlehandedly crushes aggro, and lets white lifegain becoe a legit deck.

I approve of this message.
Aggro gets so sickening, especially when there is nothing that really stops aggro now other that turbo-fog.
and turbo-fog is a whole new level of boring.
They gave us a great blue finisher, Sphinx of Jwar Isle, but no real support.
There was once [The Pack], but no more.
How could I forget that?Even Dodecapod would do the job.
Romeo, O Romeo, can i haz romeo?
Of course Faeries and Five Colour control were so incredibly fun to play against.
Counter,Counter,Time Walk, Time Walk. Guess I win then.
what can i say i want some aggro reductions
Tooth & Nail........Grishoalbrand....Living Dominance....Tezzerator.........Vannifar Pod

UR land disruption anyone?
Three Dreams. To encourage some metagame variety. It would probably make Sigil of the Empty Throne decks viable.
Mana Leak. For obvious reasons.
Mirri the Cursed. We finally have a high-tier deck that wants her.

Carven Caryatid. What was that about an aggro format?

Top 10 (in no particular order):
Fact or Fiction
Rune Snag
Daze
Trinisphere
Damnation (alternatively, Mutilate)
Mystic Snake
Mind Stone
Phyrexian Arena
Crawlspace
Eternal Witness

I'm gunna say:
Yes, I like U and B. I also second Trinisphere, Eternal Witness, Phyrexian Arena, and Mind Stone.

And no, not Cryptic Command. I've had enough of that miserable card for my life.
-> Molten Rain. Number 1 card to bring back. WIth Goblin Ruinblaster and this, could make a really disruptive ponza/sligh deck that eats Jund alive.
I would also like to bring back Momentary Blink, just because that card is so fun. And Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir.
And of course Wilt-Leaf Liege vs the horrible Blightning.
