In my opinion, this is an underrated combination. Monowhite does not have enough to fuel this, which lead me to believe that Black and White, Orzhov, is the solution. The thought of Orzhov Hymn is odd in the current format, though both viable and potential. First, the Creature lineup:
4 Vampire Nighthawk
4 Tidehollow Sculler
3 Felidar Sovereign
3 Baneslayer Angel
2 Child of Night
1 Sorin Markov
1 Liliana Vess
Vampire Nighthawk is a cheap creature with, notably, Lifelink. Tidehollow Sculler is a recent addition, and one that is effect at all points of the game. Child of Night is similar. Felidar Sovereign is a combination piece, and Baneslayer Angel is a second win-condition. There is no doubt for Sorin Markov. Liliana Vess is to ensure an effective draw. Now, the Spell lineup:
Path to Exile is spot-removal and protection. Sign in Blood is combination filler. Sanguine Bond is a second win-condition, Sunspring Expedition is a recent addition. Necromancer's Covenant is a swarm with Lifelink. Luminarch Ascension and Zealous Persecution are not needed, though both help, and offer field presence. Tainted Sigil is for Sanguine Bond. Invicible Hymn is the combination. Because of it, I feel there is an eighty card requirement.
Disfigure is spot-removal and protection, that is all. In comparison to Tidehollow Sculler, it is a turn-early-cast, is able to clear a field, and save a creature.
Because Disfigure is terrible. The longer your game goes on, the worse it gets. Tidehollow Sculler never gets bad. I've won many, many games by dropping a turn two or three Sculler to take a Cruel Ultimatum.
For the combo, to reach 40 life with Invincible Hymn, you need to play it within the first 12 turns or so barring any tutoring or card draw. this doesnt give you very long to find 8 mana and find the card. just a bit worrisome.

Well considering the amount of lifelink in the deck I am sure he doesn't need to gain 40 life with just the hymn
If you reeeeealy want to run life gain, you might as well throw in a single copy of Necromancer's Covenant. And another Baneslayer.
Blood Tribute seems out of place in a deck running only two vampires, and it only gains you life if you kick it, which seems hard to do with just the two Child of Night.
Zealous Persecution looks like a waste of space. You're not running an aggro deck, so the +1/+1 to your creatures won't really help all that much, and you'll be hard pressed to find anyone playing weenie outside of Boros Bushwhacker.
[CARD]
Liliana Vess[/CARD] doesn't seem like she's worth the 5 mana to gain a tutoring effect every turn in this deck. Maybe in another control deck, but not this one. I'd run Sorin Markov over her.
Drop the Blood Tribute and Covenant. Blood Tribute detracts from the focus of the deck, and without DoJ you can't guarantee many creatures in the graveyard.
Sunspring Expedition is much more viable. You have few early turn drops and this is a great one. Drop it and forget it until you need it. Soon as Sovereign or Bond come onboard, pop it for great results.

If you want some more relevant removal, you oculd put in two Tendrils of Corruption. As for more creatures... Maybe run some more offense? Elite Vanguard might like this deck for the early pressure to draw your opponent's removal away from the Felidar Sovereign or Baneslayer Angel.

The mana base is quite rough, at the moment.
4 Marsh Flats
2 Kabira Crossroads
1 Jwar Isle Refuge
1 Piranha Marsh
9 Swamp
7 Plains
Sejiri Refuge and Akoum Refuge may be of use.
Is there a reason both could not be in the list?

The deck needs some Day of Judgement baaaaad.
I do like Sorin Markov, though. I assume the first ability would be the only one of use?
The mana base is quite rough, at the moment.
4 Marsh Flats
3 Mistvein Borderpost
2 Kabira Crossroads
1 Jwar Isle Refuge
1 Piranha Marsh
7 Swamp
6 Plains
Piranha Marsh is mediocre. In the off situation, it is fine. I may remove it.
The sideboard is:
4 Ethersworn Canonist
4 Harm's Way
3 Tidehollow Sculler
2 Zealous Persecution
2 Silence
Ethersworn Canonist is anti-Jund, Harm's Way is anti-Red Deck Wins, Zealous Persecution is anti-Naya Ramp, and Silence is general.
Sunspring Expedition is much more viable. You have few early turn drops and this is a great one. Drop it and forget it until you need it. Soon as Sovereign or Bond come onboard, pop it for great results.

I do like Sunspring Expedition; definite addition. How many do you recommend?
I love blood tribute to death and it has great synergy, but the mana costs of your cards are too high on average, so its the first card to take out.
I recommend 3 expedition, in my old build I used 4 but often you topdecked it when you need something to use right away.

On a side note, the lack of creatures is a problem, in my opinion.

I have updated the decklist, it is now sixty cards. However, I feel that seventy-five is fine, in this case.
I will test Elite Vanguard.
Zealous Persecution is far better than Disfigure, though it is useful. Sign in Blood may take the place of Disfigure.
Perhaps a two-to-three drop? The deck is in need of speed.

In my opinion, Martial Coup is needed, as well as Day of Judgment. As for what to take out, Liliana Vess is mediocre.
Although to a certain extent, you could just play infest. It lands early and halts boros while we establish our board.
