My first post here... This is a casual deck that I play whenever I hang out with friends and i'm looking to make it more conpetitive but I have no real idea on how to do so... Any ideas and critiques would be greatly appreciated.

If you really want to become competitive I think you might have quite a bit of work to do here. Anyway, here's my advice if you'll have it. You don't seem to be a ramp deck, just a deck which brings out cheap beaters within the RWG spectrum. So along those lines let me find you some better creatures.
Thank you for the suggestions, I'll work on incorporating and obtaining a few copies. What are your suggestions on the mana-base anyways, I may be on a budget but it would at least help me on knowing what to work towards.
i recently top 4'd at my local tourney with a build that didn't run anything close to above:
keep cerodon yearling. He's an excellent 2 drop that can attack and then block the next turn if needed. Plus, he's R/W, which will come in handy for the next card.
Add cliffrunner Behemoth. He's a really cheap rare, and is Naya's best friend.
play colossal might. Not only does it pump ur weenies out of fallout range, but birds becomes a cheaper Flame Javelin.
Naya hushblade should be Jund Hackblade. I know, i used to like it too, until i found myself constantly not having a target for my cascaded colossal might. that was horrible, so i changed it to jund hackblade.
Drop the Knights. They have a great ability, but your opponent will never let them last longer than the declare attackers phase. It's too easy to remove.
Its rather interesting that 2 posts suggest 2 different ways to go about this, I'm glad that i joined up in here and i'll try out both suggestions once i get the cards. They both seem rather interesting though losing the knights to add oneshot pump spells is a bit of a turn down for me but i'll try it anyways.

Trust me, KonA gets burned right away, or pathed, or terminated, or countless other ways. your opponent doesnt want that thing around. So rather than having to waste 2 spells (usually) to get rid of w/e threat Colossal might is pumping, your basically having ur opponent only do one. Plus, Colossal might +woolly thoctar=amazing, and weenies chump block does nothing, except prevent maybe 1-2 damage of 9. with the new rules now, at the end of blockers step you colossal might and watch your opponent go "...oops, should have saw that coming..."

Suggestions (I made it into a haste Naya based):
For lands
-1 Mountains
-2 Plains
-1 Windbrisk Height
-2 Mossworth Bridge (too much CIPT lands)
+1 Jungle Shrine (a must of 4, so as to make the mana base easier)
+2 Fire-Lit Thicket/Rootbound Crag
+2 Wooded Bastion/Sunpetal Groove
+1 Forest
For spells:
-4 Birds of Paradise
-4 Cerodon Yearling
-3 Naya Hushblade
-4 Knight of New Alara (easily dead by Volcanic Fallout or Lightning Bolt
-1 Retaliator Griffin
-2 Enlisted Wurm (too expensive)
-1 Spellbreaker Behemoth
+4 Boggart Ramg-Gang (6 damages for 4 mana with BBE)
+4 Noble Hierarch (ever imagine turn 2 Ram-Gang with 4 damage? hmm)
+1 Woolly Thoctar (3 mana for 5/4 is sucks)
+4 Wilt-Leaf Liege (a 4/4 pumper which can be freely played if discarded)
+3 Cliffrunner Behemoth (haste and lifelink)
-1 Soul's Majesty
-1 Titanic Ultimatum
+2 Overrun (much cheaper as a finisher)
+2 Trace of Abundance/Fertile Ground
4 Mountains
5 Plains
1 Windbrisk Heights
3 Forests
2 Mosswort Bridge
3 Jungle Shrine
2 Ancient Ziggurat
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Cerodon Yearling
3 Naya Hushblade
3 Woolly Thoctar
4 Knight of New Alara
4 Bloodbraid Elf
1 Spellbreaker Behemoth
1 Relaliator Griffin
4 Enlisted Wurm
2 Path to Exile
4 Naya Charm
1 Soul's Majesty
1 Titanic Ultimatum

Creature Changes:
-4 Cerodon Yearling
-3 Naya Hushblade
-1 Retaliator Griffin
-2 Enlisted Wurm (too many fats is not good)
+4 Kitchen Finks (amazing against other aggro, and can be cascaded into with BBE)
+4 Boggart Ram-Gang (also can be cascaded into with BBE, and overall better card than what you were running)
Other Spell Changes:
-2 Trace of Abundance (you're not a ramp deck)
-1 Soul's Majesty
-1 Titanic Ultimatum (too high on your curve)
+4 Lightning Bolt (will serve as removal or burn to the face to finish them)
+2 Flame Javelin
You could probably work on the manabase a bit too, but all of this will depend on how much money you are willing to spend.

so far here's what i got:
-3 Hushblades, +3 Hackblades
-4 Knight of New Alara, +4 Colossal Might
-4 Enlisted Worm, +4 Cliffrunner Behemoth
-1 Retaliator Griffin, +1 Blitz Hellion
Try these changes and let me know how the deck goes. there's possibly more im just too tired to see lol.
