Cards in standard which will not become valueless post rotation.
Filter lands (Fetches rotates these increase consistency for 99% of decks) will become 5-7 instead of 8-10
Cryptics will become 10-12
Thoughtseize will go to 15
Tezzeret will never drop below 20 period it is played in all formats but standard.
foil ponders and foil asian ponders will go up.
bitterblossom will remain at 15
Reflecting pool will go to 12
and many more cards will go to about 60% of current value which is fine if you used them in standard.
I have no idea where you're getting some of your prices.
Mystic Gate is at 8 dollars, and Sunken Ruins is a little behind is at 7ish. All of the others are between 4-5, with Graven Cairns at 2.50. Filter lands are not even remotely comparable to Fetch lands. When Extended rotates, it'll just rely on Painlands and Shocklands.
Tezzeret was never 20 except during the mass hysteria of eBay pre-ordering. It's been 15 for a while, and even with the inclusion in Vintage/Extended decks, there isn't much to suggest that the price might change.
Ponders never had a ton of value before they were restricted, and the value after restriction dropped (8-10 before restriction to 4-5).
Reflecting Pool is cute, but only because Standard is slow enough to support decks like 5cc. Extended decks don't need to support such a manabase, and it's rather unlikely that this card will be played. It'll probably go back down to it's pre-Shadowmoor print value of 5-6.

Taking data from stores is a moot point. Not many people I know would actually buy from a store with those ridiculous prices unless they desperately needed a card. Just because a store has a card LISTED at a particular price, doesn't actually mean it's worth that much. eBay is by far the best indication of price, because you can actually see how much people are willing to pay for a card, which a far more accurate measure of its price.

What you are saying about stores is true. I tend to look at it as if you take what cards are selling at on online stortes i.e. starcity, cardkingdom or findmagiccards.com and subtract the 10-20% markup you then come to a average ebay or street price.
Plus I do not know if this has been discussed but I am a person battling to get on the tour and people at my local shop always tell me I spend so much on the game and say they will never spend 20+ for a card. However I never buy a box unless it is with store credit but they will go out and spend 100 on a box and pull 3 rares that might be tournament playable. I however buy just what I need and trade away all that I get extra from drafts and tournament winnings. I actually make a profit playing magic while they just seem unwilling to invest time and money but complain about loosing. IMO if you are not willing to put in the time and money don't complain because your hellrazor deck got its face smashed by faries and kithkin for the 100th time.

So lower all my projected prices by 2$ish and you have your prices for the cards.
Also javilins, finks, firespouts and other uncommons will retain thier value or go up much as eternal witness and therapy have.
Eternal Witness has gone down from 5-6 dollars to 2 dollars. Cabal Therapy has maintained its value because it stills play in Legacy and Vintage. There isn't much to suggest that the uncommons you listed are going to see play in Eternal formats. Firespout and Finks were at best, 2-3 sideboard cards in Zoo variants at Berlin. There isn't much to suggest that they will maintain their value in a year.

Spouts were run in sb for storm combos because they are cheap enough to slow zoo down before you're dead.
Whatever I will ignore you, tezzerator ran 4 in the board just fyi. For those that doubt the prices thats fine I dont really care about your thoughts on them as I have been relatively accurate in predicting post rotation prices.
The best thing to note is that unlike those jank 5C control decks fae players will lose only part of thier investment.
Reading is tech. I specifically said that Firespout was a common sideboard card, but is not a staple the way Therapy was, which is why it has increased in value. Unless you're suggesting that Firespout will make its way into Legacy and Vintage decks...

what is the most budget-friendly competitive deck available for standard?
There are many threads for this, but think ... Rogues, Elfball, RDW, and Kithkin in that order.

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Really it is not that expensive. I mean you don't have to buy singles you could just buy packs. I mean sure it adds up but what doesn't. But if you buy singles then the price is going to be a lot higher.

Well, if you want 4 Cryptics and 4 Pools for example, I'm pretty sure buying the amount of packs it would take to get them would not add up to the amount you could buy them as singles for.
I haven't own a deck myself.
and I really want to O_O
why is magic so expensive..
when I look at my Planeswalker deck list...
and it just.......wow...so expensive...each walker...
letting along the Cryptic Command
Prices are a brightline between what people will pay and how in demand the card is. Good cards are more wanted by tournament players, who will pay higher prices. Every competitive CCG winds up with expensive cards for the same reason. Be thankful this isn't Yugioh where every damn deck is a thousand USD plus.

Absolutely wrong. On multiple ocassions this has been proven wrong. Without going into math, you'll spend a HUGE amount of cash before you even come close to a playset of cryptics.

Tell me about it. Though fae has gone down in value since rotation. Mine, counting foils and such, was like 700. And I only had 0 thoughtsieze of my own >.<
Hey! Just be happy most Arena play isn't bring in a few decks and switch around every game like it was 10 years ago. You could end up bringing $1,000+ in decks designed to beat every player in your meta.
My solution was drafting. Back when I still played constructed I would draft with my friends and as long as I came out on top I'd be able to trade for what I wanted. And like someone said earlier that's the easiest way to get the commons and uncommons you want. Its obviously not foolproof but drafting is something you'll have to be good at so you might as well use it to get the cards you want for constructed.
Or play rogue decks. Or get over it

You could get lucky. I am not saying to buy all the boosters at once. Buy one here and there and maybe you get lucky. Some people do win the lottery....
my tip is to study market trends... for example, cloudthresher - I got him at around 2-3$ each, knowing at the time post-morningtide I had to combat faeries with their newest addition bitterblossom. Now I can sell it for a higher higher price. Bitterblossom too - we got it at 5$ each (start of Morningtide lots of people were saying it was too slow). Mutavault started off not as high, eventually went higher but now I think its going down? Windbrisk Heights, also cheap before Kithkin became Tier 1. Scion of Oona, Mistbind Clique, Cryptic Command, Tarmogoyf, Profane Command, Venser, Reflecting Pool and to a smaller extent Kitchen Finks and Reveillark, all of these were cheaper when they first came out...
Thoughtseize, Chameleon Colossus, now those are some cards which were high initially, until now - but if you would hoard the "goyfs" and sell them later, you would probably profit enough to buy yourself a playset of these.
Sarkhan Vol, Talara's Battalion, Eyes of the Wisent, Tattermunge Maniac - some cards are all hype, their prices come down eventually (although Sarkhan just doesn't have a tier 1 deck yet, but he's strong), good to sell while they're hot

How often do you plan on buying packs? You can buy 3 packs of Lorwyn a day for an entire month and probably only end up with two Cryptic Commands. What you're suggesting is analogous to saying someone who just go out and buy lottery tickets to get rich instead of finding a job.

Or you could open one each draft like I did back in triple Lorwyn drafts
Anyway, drafting also helps ease the weight of buying singles, since you can easily pull, say a played Mythic Rare (like Ajani, Elpeth) or money rare and either sell them or play them where needed.
I opened a foil Elspeth and sold it for 45€ lately, I almost payed for a full playset of Figures or two regular ones.
Plus, it saves you lots of cash for the uncommons and commons which you'd have to pay like .15-.25 each while you can almost always get multiple playsets of them off drafting.
I also really like the drafting. It's an easy way to get multiples of the commons and uncommons. Plus, personally, I would never buy those online. Most of the fun is opening the pack, people who just buy online miss out, and don't get that, can't afford it, or both.

Trade with me!
I am getting my prices from combind national store averages.
Tezzeret http://www.findmagiccards.com/Cards/SA/Tezzeret_the_Seeker.html
and if you look at findmagiccards.com you will see the lowest and the average spectrum.
I could go on but lots of links are worthless.
Also I was wrong foil ponder is 8-10 and will stay at that or 7-9 post rotation.
Reflecting pool is a free dual land after turn 1, so it will retain its value.
