and does mirror entity have a place here? with the number of creatures produced it could do some real damage

I haven't really decided what I want for a sideboard yet and I want to put Stillmoon Cavalier main deck since I play against a lot kithkin, faeries and GW aggro builds but I don't know what to take out.
Gerry Ts new build doesn't have stillmoon's anymore. i see where he's coming from though cuz when you have a stillmoon facing down tons of tokens and a bitterblossom churning out 1 each turn it really doesnt do much. he also quit using gravepacts as he found out the hard way when he lost to nacastri when he had a gravepact out but didn't have creatures or tokens to make it run. and i'm sure we always won't have days wherein our board is loaded with creatures. we all know gerry T prefers consistency over anything else.
what i'm worried about in his new build is the 2 ajani goldmane and 4 glorious anthem in the main. i kinda want to swap out the 2 ajani's for 2 marsh flitters.

i cut 1 thoughtsieze and the 2 ajani goldmanes for 3 stillmoons. still kinda iffy on it though. unlike you, i don't run loxodon warhammer. maybe that's why stillmoon is awesome for you in your list. what worries me a lot is versus fae is EOT scion then main phase sower on stillmoon! WAAAHHH
Went undefeated with this at fmn last night. Beating faeries twice, elf ball and a shamen/doran deck. Although games were generally close, this deck produces so many threats and was able to control the games played.
This was built prior to world but last night was the first time I played it. I felt that Finks and the Cavalier didn't do enough in the deck so I'm tempted to put some combination of Knight of Meadowgrain/Cloudgoat Ranger/Marsh Flitter. I also got my hands on some Glorious Anthems and I'm itching to test those out.
I find that Glorious Anthems to be much better then Ajani because all of your creatures get the bonus once they hit play and most decks pack enchantment destruction for Bitterblossom so they will generally leave that Glorious Anthem alone.
Ajani on the other hand usually ends up dying as soon as they can get to it, meaning that any of your future creatures are just as vulnerable to Pyroclasm / Infest / Firespout / Cloudthresher.
I do have both Glorious Anthem and Ajani in my deck however I have cut 2 Ajani because I would rather have 2 x Elspeth irregarless of the match up. If the primary ability of Elspeth goes off it is game over so you can usually get them to force their attack to kill Elspeth and generally leave themselves open to counter attacks.
I see the interesting effect that Mind Games have but what do you give your opponent? If they already have tons of land do you give them more land or what would you give them that would really hose them as bad as losing their entire hand?
I think the reasoning behind Mind Games is that it only costs 5 mana and you essentially get rid of their entire hand. Whereas 5 mana invested into a Mind Shatter will only hit 3 cards. Chances are the 5CC player's hand will be at 5+.
But yeah, just give them all land and put them in topdeck mode.
You guys are talking about head games I think. The card you said isn't standard legal.
I concur with it being better than mind shatter here since full power sooner. If they have nothing but lands, they have no hope of winning. If it ever gets through, just drop a cloudgoat ranger and win in 2 or 3 turns. Mind shatter comes at a point where they are more likely to have stabilized and is thus pointless. It also seems superior to mind shatter since lark was ranked as high as it was in worlds. And with the fact that they use ranger of eos on turn 4, it just gets crazy good.

^ Seriously, play it and thank me later.
Unlike many others, I find Ajani Goldmane to be far superior to Glorious Anthem. I'm an avid Kithkin player, and I can attest that the only pump worth running is Ajani Goldmane. Ajani is great because it prevents Faeries from taking over the game with their Bitterblossom. I tested Glorious Anthem, and using it, Faeries has a much better match up. I cant explain it, its just Magic.
i dunno about head games being better than mind shatter... i think random discard is better than giving a control player lands which can help him thin his/her library, giving him chance to draw spells.

This is the debate that I have been having. If they have 4 or 5 lands in play and they have 4 or 5 cards in hand, giving them a hand of all lands means that topdeck mode for them is statistically going to get better because there is less land.
While I can't think of any other option other then giving them all land maybe depending on the build you could give them a hand full of useless stuff and hope they draw into lands but 5CC control doesn't really have useless stuff because once they hit the right amount of lands everything is powerful.

no, because it doesn't need it.
the deck is a beatdown deck at heart, mirror entity just doesnt get there.
heres my list I'm quite proud of...
4 Caves of Koilos
4 Fetid Heath
2 Mutavault
2 Plains
4 Reflecting Pool
1 Swamp
4 Windbrisk Heights
4 Arcane Sanctum
Creatures-13
1 Cloudgoat Ranger
4 Knight of Meadowgrain
4 Stillmoon Cavalier
4 Tidehollow Sculler
2 Ajani Goldmane
4 Bitterblossom
3 Glorious Anthem
4 Spectral Procession
4 Thoughtseize
1 Loxodon Warhammer
3 Terror
1 Eyeblight's Ending
2 Elspeth Knight-Errant
4 Burrenton Forge-Tender
3 Wispmare
4 Wrath of God
2 Head Games
few notes from testing.
-Warhammer + tokens/Stillmoon is a beating.
-Ajani really is better that Elspeth in the main, as toast isn't that prevalant.
-Head games is just as good if not better than Mind shatter.
-terror doesn't kill doran, Gouger, Oona or Demigod so the 1-of ending is fine.

Actually if you had checked out the link you had made to head games you would've seen it was indeed reprinted in Xth.
@Dino Rhino - Conflux will most likely be the same color combinations as Alara, with Alara Reborn introducing new colors most likely (if at all).
