I believe that this question would be better addressed in the Standard forum. The Rulings forum is not the appropriate place for strategy questions.

Infest is good, as is Cloudthresher. Esper Charm is necessary. Remove Soul is also good because it takes care of they're most annoying plays: Mistbind Clique, Vendilion Clique, and Scion of Oona. If you can keep the Fae player from sticking anything besides a Bitterblossom, you'll probably win.
Also, Cruel Ultimatum is lackluster against Faeries so I'd side it out.

Raking Canopy is worthless. It's not a constructed playable card.

You sir, must not know what RDW is. Let me explain to you what that deck is. The R stands for Red, D for Deck, and W for Wins. They win by burning away threats and using Demigod of Revenge and Hell's Thunder to knock off massive amounts of life total, in addition to red burn. And yes, it's a mono-red deck, meaning they can't deal with the cardtype enchantment. Raking Canopy is one of those newfangled devices called enchantments.
Not saying it's useful in Qnt, it's useful in green creature-heavy decks.
GB Elves <-man I hate this deck, it has a 50/50 matchup against Tier 1/2 but loses to jank aggro most of the time. UB Faeries <-only reason it's good is because of all those people that's still playing 5CC. WB Tokens <-so boring, there's only 2 ways to play this deck. RB Blightning <-Autopilotting you to victory 0-2 drop.
???B Super Secret Tech <-dude, this thing is nuts! 90/10 against all matchups.

You're right. In your all common/uncommon mono-green deck, Raking Canopy is playable. My bad.

I think that if Raking Canopy would worth a little it would cost more than it costs actually and will be in every single SB just for faeries
It isn't right? at least not in ANY COMPETITIVE deck I know
@dartgande: How does exactly it owns RDW?

Why should i be bound by rules when I can see so far beyond them?
Yay!!! Mirrodin is back!!! it will be a great year
I apologize about how I write (I mean my grammar and orthography)

Because it just kills demigod and hells thunder, and they have no way to deal with it. Its annoying. But a good player should still be able to eke in out less they were losing when you cast it.

Mulldrifter is cheap, though. Use does not make prices high all the time.
You won't be playing Antoine Ruel in your tournaments, if Raking Canopy works it works.
Raking Canopy isn't good against Faeries because they can play around it, but it takes care of the entire RDW late game. I'm not going to elaborate on how it does that because
1) If you haven't figured it out by now, you're probably not a (good) competitive player and probably don't care.
2) This is about tech vs Faeries... with a QnT deck. It'll be OT.
I only brought it up because some newbie thought Raking Canopy was useless in Constructed.
For QnT tech against Faeries, it's Cloudthresher MD.

Reading is tech
I was pretty sure that Racking Canopy triggered when creatures deal damage
Then MAYBE could be usable, but being good against ONE deck that ISN't Tier 1 doesn't make a card playable

Reading is indeed tech. Spelling is fun too.
If you RTFC, you'll see that Raking Canopy triggers when a creature with flying attacks you - not when it deals damage to you.
That said, the canopy is subpar versus faeries. I maindeck 3 Cloudthreshers, 2 Jund Charm with 1 in the sideboard, 2 Makeshift Mannequin to bring Thresher back. It's a tough matchup, but with tight play and good fortune, it's definitely winnable.

I've been playing Faeries since before the Block Constructed PTQ's last season and continue to play Faeries. I will in fact, be playing Faeries tomorrow as well.
Raking Canopy isn't scary whatsoever. All it'll really do is buy you a few turns until I'm ready to bounce your Canopy end step with a Cryptic. It also doesn't stop Mutavault or Mistbind Clique. You're better off boarding ways to kill Bitterblossom and my man lands.
If you really feel you want to Runed Halo my Mistbind Clique's, that perfectly okay by me. As long as I get to continually make guys with Bitterblossom, I'm a happy man. Honestly, Runed Halo does absolutely nothing against Faeries. You're defending against the wrong cards. The match is all about whether or not Faeries has Bitterblossom. If they do, you're in a tough spot. If not, you can overwhelm them with your superior card advantage.
Jund Charm is kinda "meh," as is Pyroclasm. Fae just makes more dudes. The reason Cloudthresher can be a significant threat is because it presents a 7/7 dude that blocks Mistbind Clique that Fae can't Agony Warp really. If you just evoke him for 2GG, that's fine. But if 'Thresher is CAST, that's a problem.

Jund charm is good in that its an instant speed pyroclasm, you do it after the EOT scion and stuff, or on their eot step to tap them out. In toast they have to be the aggressor, so slowing that down is a good step on the way to winning.

anyways, it just proves you don't know much about Standard Constructed. And you're the one who said this:
