This deck seems to be ok, however, when it is waiting for the draw, it gets pretty slow and holds a lot of dead cards like Rite of Consumption and Mercy Killing...
I'm thinking of dropping 1 RoC, Mercy Killing, and Wall of Roots for Kitchen Finks. Then dropping the last Wall of Roots for Garruk... But I'm not sure, any suggestions?
If the trouble is finding the right cards, then Beseech the Queen might be an answer. I know it might be difficult to get the BBB, but considering your potential mana production, paying 2BB probably wouldn't be too tough.

Perhaps i should add a loxodon warhammer too?
Right now, there is 1 way to win in this deck, which is the Quillspike + Devoted Druid Combo. you have no backup, and a not too many good ways to back it up.
I would probably cut:
4 Chameleon Collosus
In this deck, just a random big guy, should be replaced with something which adds more synergy to the deck.
4 Rite of Consumption
swing with your INF/INF creature, this is kind of excessive
4 Mercy Killing
Again, cut the stuff that does nothing without the Quillspike.
3 Thoughtseize
Up to choice, I kind of prefer Raven's Crime, but I do not think this deck needs any discard.
2 Wall of Roots
When you are running mass removal, there are better ways to mana accel.
1 Garruk, Wildspeaker
Dumb as a 1-of.
1 Profane Command
2 is enough.
and add
4 Kitchen Finks
great stallers, work well with quillspike
4 Mind Stone
Mana Accel
2 Damnation
why run less than a playset?
4 Tarmogoyf
Blah blah blah Tarmogoyf in every deck so dumb blah blah blah this deck
needs an early, efficient beater.
4 Primal Command
tutor + stall, aqll I have to sayu.

Collossus isn't just a random big guy, he is a pretty decent card for this format, plus the colors match up for him. Rite of Consumption and Mercy Killing do work around him. Also, Rite of Consumption is a turn 3 win, Mercy Killing turn 4 with quillspike + druid. (Mosswort Bridge + rite of consumption = win as soon as you play quillspike) These cards are there to build up the potential of the deck since something like Bitterblossom can chump quillspike all day long.
I do like adding Mind Stones, and i'm going to cut down at least 1-2 consumption and 1-2 killing for finks. also yeah, I know the wall of roots are slowing me down from play testing the deck.
i have also found that in my combo decks, Manamorphose also helps you out, as it thins the deck for free. while mindstone is nice, wall of roots stalls the ground. bitterblossom also helps keep things stalled out with a chump blocker a turn. Sootstoke kindler can also HASTE your quillspike.
if you went into other colors at all, ex. if you had reflecting pools and other such nonbasic land, theres some other ways to cheat this guys combo. blue gives crafty pathmage. first make the quillspike unblockable, then pump. Red gives fatal frenzy, which gives trample. W/R gives Brion Stoutarm, which is a solid creature all on his own.

I like manamorphose, i just don't know at this point what to take out.
But yes, if I were to go into other colors I would have things such as Ponder or Telling Time but if I were to splash blue, then I would have to remove removal in hopes of stalling long enough to draw into that combo. There are green cards that give the quillspike trample, such as the charm. However the combo isn't really meant for quillspike to attack in this deck unless he needed to. It's really meant for rite/mercy to finish the job.
Our decks differ in a number of ways. I wanted to make mine more Rock and less combo but it seems you've been able to make yours both more combo and more rockish. Good job. I felt I needed to keep playing at least some of the expensive cards I purchased for my elves deck.
I have three Chameleon Colossus and I'd like to fit some in but Creakwood Liege works wonders as a Primal Command target with my token sub-theme. Profane kills thier black dude and gives Quill fear but it doesn't always work. I should probably cut Garruk and BB and test it but that's 170$ wasted...

Mercy Killing isn't a random card. in the event of blockers, an EOT Mercy Killing on a giant Quillspike creates what?
i think noxious hatchling or canker abomination are more synergisitc with the deck than chameleon collossus. also the deck definately needs a first turn mana accel. i think llanowar elves are perfect.
If the trouble is finding the right cards, then Beseech the Queen might be an answer. I know it might be difficult to get the BBB, but considering your potential mana production, paying 2BB probably wouldn't be too tough.
That's why he should run Diabolic Tutor instead. He has the mana, but not the swamps for Beseech the Queen. Also, it needs more Warhammer.
If you're looking for consistency, you should be playing Commune with Nature and Summoner's Pact. You're not doing much on turn 1, so Commune is another option other than Bridge for a turn 1 play. If you go turn 2 Druid, you can Summoner's Pact on turn 3 for the Quillspike, play it, and have enough mana to pay for the Pact on turn 4 (just be careful about removal for the Druid).
this combo will never win a tournament other than fnm. its a lot of theory that will come to work 1/50 times, stop posting this deck
so...you are dismissing this three card instant win(rite of consumption + quillspike + devoted druid) while all other combo decks being played in standard now involve just as many cards, if not more, and go off much later in the game, and notably just having two of these cards leaves you with an INF/INF creature immune to almost all removal in the format....(well they can still kill the druid but...)

I playtested this in apprentice for a while. It pulled off a win about 1/4 of the time against real opponents (i.e. with counterspells and removal etc.) Removal, countermagic, and disruption (thoughtseize) all hurt this deck so bad...
4x Quillspike
4x Devoted Druid
3x Shriekmaw
4x Chameleon Collosus
4x Kitchen Finks
3x Mercy Killing
3x Rite of Consumption
4x Nameless Inversion

2x Profane Command
2x Damnation
3x Mind Stone
Lands
3x Mosswort Bridge
4x Llanowar Wastes
4x Twilight Mire
6x Forest
5x Swamp
The reason for 2 Damnations is... because I only have 2 :X. However I am thinking of dropping 1 Nameless Inversion to add another Primal Command... Unsure however.
With the Kitchen Finks in the deck, Mercy Killing and Rite of Consumption can be used a little more freely since persist + Quillspike will give me benefits.
I sort of want to add one Loxodon Warhammer as a silver bullet. Or I want to add 2 Garruk Wildspeaker into the deck... Any suggestions?

You might want to consider 'search' cards like summoners pact or beseech the queen to help you get the combo out faster.
