I have a rainbow legends deck only using dominaria and would like some help on where to go from my current deck. I want to keep it rainbow and mostly legends just for uniqueness I don't even mind if it's not the best deck because of it. Thanks for any help!
I would cut the Seal Away and play Urza's Ruinous Blast as removal. Also, you might want other big bombs such as Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh. Might also want Mox Amber.
The biggest problem is that your deck needs a massive amount of color fixing to make work and it depends how much your budget is and if you're willing to play more cards that fixes your mana, like Servant of the Conduit and Aether Hub, or ramp cards such as Gift of Paradise or Hour of Promise. Considering you're so top heavy, you need them.
I'm also not sure if you're set on just playing a bunch of one-ofs legendary creatures because a lot of them really help the deck out and you'd want to run multiples to make sure you draw them. Raff for example, would be really good with more copies. Also no Lyra Dawnbringer? Traxos, Scourge of Kroog would be easy to cast too and easy to untap.
I'm not set on one-ofs and would ahve multiple of one. Its just you can only have one out at a time, and i do understand it makes it easier to draw them though. I don't have a lyra in there because it only buffs one of the legends i have in the deck. I had Traxos, Scourge of Kroog in there but changed it out for other things, but i do agree it would work well. I do really think that putting Gift of Paradise in would bee a good idea. I am not really wanting to put aether stuff in there because i want the deck to last a while after I make it without having to change cards around. Also What do you think about having Karn in it? Also I could use some help with mana amounts.

Again, one ofs are terrible, especially your planeswalkers that do nothing for the deck. You're even playing the bad Nissa and Liliana, where their good versions are much more helpful for this kind of deck.
Energy may be rotating out in October, but you still have 3.5 months to play around with them. They are needed especially if you're playing five colors and desperately need the mana fixing. On top of that they cost $5 total to add.
You completely miss out on the point about Lyra. She's an absolute beating on your opponent. A 5/5 flyer with first strike and lifelink is very hard to kill and the life gain helps recover from the loss of life from aggro decks.
Mana building is a very complex and you'll need to know how to effectively build it so you can cast your cards on the curve. For example, your list would make it near impossible to cast Baird on turn 4 into Samut turn 5. Not to mention Jodah will be near impossible to cast.
I dropped the red because I couldn't find a reason for it that wasn't hard to cast, not to mention 4 color was already pushing it. The manabase is still a mess, but you still have plenty the colors that are well rounded. You need more green than the others because your mana dorks are green so you need to have one green source by turn two. Prism is another color fixer that triggers Traxos and replaces itself by drawing a card. Your removals will be the planeswalker, who all either act as card draw or color fixing also. I didn't even attempt a sideboard.
It's still a mess, but at least there's more consistency and doesn't die to aggro. I can write a whole essay on what needs to be done but I think I've written enough.

I have doubts about the ability to (even semi-consistently) cast your spells on curve and having any chance against a competent deck.
I don't own all the cards so I haven't play tested it I've only used the feature on this website to draw a sample hand and it has worked out ok. I've made other good decks irl but I guess this combination is not very good or something. Also I still haven't figured out the mana. If I have too many duel lands I will never be able to cast things on curve. But I guess I went the other extreme and used all basic lands. I'll keep messing with it and send another version I guess.
If budget is troubling you, 4 Evolving Wilds, 4 Gift of Paradise 4 Adventurous Impulse will help tremendously. Now make sure you have 14 green lands to supplement Wilds and a smattering of other colors and you should be good.
I made more changes to the deck evolving wilds I tried and didnt like it too much I seem to get pretty consistent draws with this setup but obviously I have not play tested it
