Deck is great, fun to play, and works well at the FNM level. I have been 4-0 two weeks in a row.
I dropped the crash through for collective defiance and 4 mountains out for 4 ramunap ruins are excellent changes from the list you posted.
Right now I am on a mission to replace the 4 Soul-Scar Mage. But I am not sure what yet.

The trample effect has never mattered for me, but the cantrip side is nice. I still have not found the best build yet, but I did move soul scar mage to my side board as a 3 of currently.
After a horrible showing at FNM due to terrible Mana issues and misplays, I've learned a few things. Crash Through is just always disappointing so I'm gonna work to replace it. Soul-Scar though was an all star, especially against Constrictor. Dispel wasn't relevant in my local meta so I'm siding it.
I'm having difficulties with the sideboard in general though.

Well the sideboard seems very controlling. I seems the sideboard plan is about sitting back and protecting your one and two drops and not taking too many chances since we don't have that many threats.
Well I didn't win a match with my UR burn deck and this is pretty much the only deck I have the pieces for to try again tomorrow.
Highland lake is terrible, never felt good drawing one...I'm currently on 6 islands, 6 mountain, 4 ramunap and 4 spirebluffs, have 4-1'd a couple of leagues on modo so far
I've tried this deck in gameday, I won 3 times out of 4 matches
Match 1 vs B/R aggro, their removal (sorcery speed) can't kill my creature, fly past the blocker, easy win
Match 2 vs Ramunap Red, we race, I win (insult+ Flyer+ Consuming fervor= GG)
Match 3 vs U/R control, somehow i can not find land (twice), only keep 1 land, Lose
Match 4 vs R/G ramp, fly past the blocker, their big creature is too slow, Win
Cast consuming fervor on stormchaser is the best use of it.
But it can also used as sorcery speed pump spell,whenever i need extra bit of damage (in my test play, i manage to activate riddleform and cast 2 consuming fervor to deal 9 dmg).
Sometime turn 1 soul-scar and turn 2 consuming fervor can help you win a game.
