I think this is an interesting take in destroying lands as a plan to win.
why do I deem it competitive?
lark:
T1 gargadon
T2 bust blows my flagstones (8 gargy), and first land
T3 mage blows 2nd land
T4 riders blow 3rd land, sac him (5 gargy)
T5 lark, sac him (3 garg), bring mage and riders, blow 4th and fifth lands? and you have a 9/7???
sign-ups where?
not to mention cryoclasms @ sb.
fae:
shusher, sulfurous blast, wispmares, riftwatchers should do it, though I didn't actually test this mu as of yet.
mono red burn: they shake to get land drops consistently, I shake their land drops down, and then I just play "lark style" blinking and recurring my riftwatchers, no big drama here.
ramp is pretty easy if you get the tempo first.
mirror is stupidly unlikely..
dunno
thoughts? where should I start improving it?

Fulminator/Lark makes me do a bit of a double take, and I'm a bit enamored with Order of Whiteclay right now, so I could see something like this...
However, I think card draw is in order, and this may be the chance Augury Adept needs to exploit its very blue ability in a white deck. Otherwise, you may need to run black instead of red... Hmm, if you stay in red there is the Folio...
This is a tough deck to critique as has been previously said. It's pretty well tuned to do what you want it to do.
I second Filth's comment about adding a couple of shivan reefs for the blink flashback.
Other than that I would think about maybe Poison the Well if you're staring down lots of control decks (which in today's meta is highly unlikely..)
You could use some sort of draw. But I don't like Augury Adept. It suffers the same problem as Dimir Cutpurse did from Ravnica. Sure, great ability. But the power/toughness isn't too high making it easy to kill, and it has no evasion.
I'm not sure if there's any other card draw in W/R however other than Browbeat and Browbeat would be bad in this deck.
Are there any R/B or U/W hybrid card draw cards from shadowmoor other than the Adept? Because if so then you should find a way to incorporate them (assuming they aren't god awful bad)

The only one I can think of, is the Swans of Bryn Argoll which is not terrible, but I don't think it really fits this deck very well.

I like this idea but I think you need to break out the multicolored lands and go RWu. Then dump the SGC for Mulldrifter for the draw and flashback blink.

I think mirror would mess up your tempo a little bit.
And it seems pretty good, if you don't get the right stuff in your hand it could be a rocky start for the first 3-4 rounds.

edit: Spiteful Visions
I was talking about the mirror match actually, not mirror entity.
nice catch on blink's flashback, replaced 3 mountains with 3 reefs!
<System> Player Lost
Spiteful Visions might be good as a 2 of and it would really be a pain in the butt for the new swan assault decks that are going to be running around.

Well then, I think you should definitely splash blue for access to mulldrifer/flashback on blink.

try scrying sheets
if I ran scrying sheets it'd be a 1-of, and I don't think it fits in this deck.. its more like a control-deck oriented card.

what if there are no early non-basic lands? maybe accel turn two if you don't have Boom//Bust and/or Flagstones of Trokair for a possible turn 3 Avalanche Riders?
