Well, we've just got a new cat lord on our hands in Regal Caracal. While a bit expensive, it could work well in a gloried cat tribal deck that uses some of the AKH monuments. We've also gotten plenty of cats from the KLD block, and a few from BFZ and SOI blocks. For now, I'm thinking something like this to start:
Sideboard (like the deck) is still a work in progress. Deck is very simple and straight-forward: Play a bunch of cats, put a bunch of +1/+1 counters on them, beat face and gain a bunch of life while doing it. Felidar Sovereign is an alternate win con.
I see you went the E route. I wanted to have Longtusk Cub in my deck as well, but haven't found room for it yet. I also think Metallic Mimic belongs in both of our decks as well. You should consider running some Evolving Wilds in you deck as well, because it helps thin the deck and allows you to draw in to more creatures faster. I'm not sure how Scrounging Bandar is better than Wily Bandar. I just can't think of a situation where it would be more important to move +1+1 counters from one cat to another at the beginning of upkeep, UNLESS you are trying to make a lifelink/trample cat bigger? Like your build and will be tweaking my own. Also, consider adding card draw of some sort. Thank you!

You are so right!
1. I would play Always Watching: It buffs our kittens and protects us on the crack back. Plus Cats Always Are WATCHING.....
2. I really like Oath of Ajani in this list.
3. The lists seem a little soft to Glory Bringer. I was thinking Plummet....
I will be posting my version soon!
