I've done some searching and I cannot find any solid decks trying to run this card. I remember when it came out everyone said this card would be amazing once pain lands rotated. Well, pain lands rotated and crickets.
Anyone running Triskaidekaphobia and don't mind sharing a deck list?
I ran a RBu aggro deck that had Triskaidekaphobia tacked on it as a 2 of win condition. It had Smuggler's Copter in it and I haven't revisited it since the banning, and I don't still have the list, but I can tell you the thinking behind it, and if it interests you, you can run with it.
The idea of the deck was to just play like a plain all in aggro deck, unless Triskaidekaphobia was in the top 10 cards. Then the plan was to deal 7 damage and combo win. 7 damage is very easy to achieve in an aggro setting. If you play a Turn 1 2-power creature, you can play a 3-power creature on turn 2 and attack for 2, then on turn 3 you can attack for 5. That's your 7, and Trisk wins it. You can also play a turn 2 3-power, attack twice and then burn for 1 during upkeep, combo killing them (also works getting in 3 2-power attacks).
Good luck making your opponent's scared of the number 13!
I found the list on one of the older threads on this forum. This is what I've got for you. It's a place to start. You have to find a replacement for copter.
It's by no means the best list for this strategy. I took a Vampire/Zombie aggro deck I already had, slapped Triskaidekaphobia on it after I replied to a thread on here, and then shoehorned the 2-power 1 drop/3-power 2 drop strategy into it.
But it does show the idea, and gives you the concept.
Modular cards like Battle at the Bridge and Walking Ballista should make it easy to do exactly how much damage you need to combo while still keeping yourself alive.
