Here's my version 1.3; I've been testing it since the spoiler completed in several iterations. Several combos in one - lots of search. Been running it to success on Cockatrice, though it needs some ironing.
The Unsubstantiate, Radiant Flames main and 23/24 land are the slots I am tinkering with. The rest runs pretty tight. Ran a Mechanized Production main prior. Could be good versus certain decks or G1. Please try it out and enjoy. Feedback welcome.
Thinking about it, Saheeli's Artistry may not be bad as a 1-2 of to enable combos or provide some late game coverage.
Many of the builds posted here seem to want to do too much at the same time. In modern, Splinter Twin decks were simple control decks with the combo added to them, no need to add other janky, unnecessary combos, better to fill those slots with counters & card selection + draw.
Personally I think Dovin Baan is the Worst of the the Jeskai planesalkers. Nahiri, Gideon, Big Chandra or even Jace would be better in that slot. Also 3 Chandra is probably overkill.
Also revolutionary rebuff is getting better with copter going away. I also think you could use some more removal. There will be some low to the ground aggro decks and 4 harnessed lightning is not enough.
I've been testing this deck and I really like how this version has been working. I've found aggro decks to be the biggest challenge. The sideboard can be adjusted to fit whatever metagame you expect. I actually included the Crackdown Construct and Wandering Fumarole combo because it only required one card. The fact I run Nahiri, the Harbinger means we can surprise someone when she hits 8 loyalty. Or she can fetch the Felidar Guardian for the combo, leaving your lands untapped to protect both pieces. Let me know what you think.
Some amount 4cmc planewalkers (Nahiri, Gideon being my pick) appears mildly ok alongside a 1 or 2 of Baral's expertise. Testing should confirm if this is true

Honestly, I feel like this is the best overall list so far.
