It's a bit rough at the moment, but thus far it has been fairly good in the (admittedly limited) testing I have done. It's fairly quick, full of tricks, and having 10 creatures that can come in at EOT tends to give control decks (which my meta is full of) twitchy fits.

Some wonder why I carry 8 decks on me. The answer? I get tired of being boarded against in casual games, and 90% of the players I meet can't beat a jank deck I made to be tokens for a serious one.
1) There is not other U/B aggro deck on the first page, much less this style. The other Fae decks are all control, including yours.
2) I already have 4 Thoughtseize in the deck, it's the first spell listed. I was convinced to use it in the Block version of the deck (thread is up near the top of the Block Constructed decks for Critique), and maintained it here.
3) I only have 4 creatures main with CIP effects, my Spellstutter Sprites. I believe that it won't be worth using a UU in a multicolor deck for only that. Yes, the Sowers are CIP, but I lose the effect if they leave, so I'm not counting them.

I prefer both Unsummon(cheaper) and Snapback(potentially very useful free spell), over Whirlpool Realm in this deck, you only have 10 cards with a cc higher than 2 so the clash option won't come into play all that much.

But clash does let you put that card on the bottom of the deck if you dont want it.

Thank you Machius. Unsummon turned out to be about a million times better for me than Whelm, since it brings that spell out of my most crowded slot. A 25% chance to plant the critter on top of it's owner's deck is just not worth the extra mana. Add the fact that Unsummon is WAY easier for me to get atm...

My new houserules:
1. Every player saing exiled or battlefield will be kicked out.
2. Not using you mana deals 2 points of manaburn.
3. Combat damage goes over the Stack and you can freely assign it.
4. Lifelinks does stack and doesn't safe you from dying.
5. Tokens are owned bye the one who has made them.
Everyone thinking M10 will not affect a lot of cards or Limited a lot, either has no clue about magic or has never played limited or is getting paid by wizards to do propaganda.
Fishfood: I'd considered Pongify, but it turns out that giving my opponent a 3/3 isn't a good idea for this deck.
Tigris: You present an interesting variation, but the lack of kill is (pardon the pun) killing me. You just don't have a way to deal with opposing plays.
Next item up for consideration to me is whether or not Faerie Conclave is going to be worth running here as a 1 or 2-of over Islands. Any thoughts?

I think this deck really needs Warhammer. Smacking it on a flier can be brutal.
I also think the deck should be more counter-oriented and shouldn't have bounce.
P.S. Fixed your land base.

Nightspirit: I'm personally not a big fan of the card for this deck. It only affects 1/1 critters, and for the most part my guys aren't going to stay that way. I tried testing it today, but found that for the most part it's not worth running over another land.
Venser: *smacks forehead* dunno how I missed Warhammer before now, thanks for pointing it out. Currently in my board against aggro (said goodbye to the Dousers), but it's looking like it might make main on my list. Oh, and Unsummon has proven itself to be maindeck prime for me, chewing up opposing tempo and allowing some rather unexpected stunts with my own CIP. As for Delay, well, I'll give it a few runs tonight or tomorrow, but I've never liked the card.

Fearie Conclave comes into play tapped slowing you down and needing mana you normally don't have for doing extra damage
In my versio there is no kill for creatures, but you can discard the really bad ones bounce them or tap them with pestermite for one turn at least
I considered playing two or more Nameless inversion
2 for the biting gale, because it doesn't really fits into an aggro deck but what to cut for 2 additional I don't really know the thre drops are in my oppinion to strong for cutting them and the others are needed for good curve

It is only "good" against burn or control matchups (without blue to counter it ) if you have 2 mana open when you are playing it so you need 6 mana that this 3/3 flying creature becomes really good, also I don't really think that Controll Matchups will be really present and I also don't think that this deck will really have problem against them
The worst thing a controlldeck can do is playing wrath of god/damnation
you can discard it or counter it or tap their lands that they can play it only one turn later, or with pestermite and the champion farie two turns later

I don't need to have an open counter against a control deck, actually. Wydwen is not a critical play in and of himself, the trick is dropping something at their EOT, forcing either a counter then or missing one on my own turn. So, with that, the current version:
Current noteworthy notes: River of Tears turned out to be pretty good here, but more testing is needed before that goes permanent. Urborg is just in, it worked out beautifully. On the flip side, I find myself almost never facing Ascetics, which were the reason for the Edicts. Likely replacement is going to be Pithing Needles, much to my pocket's dismay. Finally, Goyfs are still everywhere, so the Deathmarks have to stay unless the meta shifts dramatically. I still don't like Pendelhaven here.
Some wonder why I carry 8 decks on me. The answer? I get tired of being boarded against in casual games, and 90% of the players I meet can't beat a jank deck I made to be tokens for a serious one.
Current testing is on Mistbind Clique or Pestermite over the Sowers. Both show promise at the moment, but I need to see if the tempo swings they give equal that of the Sower.

I can't take out the Sprites, due to their fairly critical role in the deck, but I'll be trying out the Blast over a couple of the spots (Inversion and Unsummon being the big ones)

But otherwise,
i would cut the sower of temptaions for some thoughtseize. CA is important.
Also, try fammiliars ruse so you can reuse some of the CIP effects.
