This is a rather groan-inducing white deck. I suppose it could be thought of as control, but it's only real goal is not to die, not really being concerned with what the opponent does. It uses Howling Mines to draw the opponent out and keep your hand full of goodies. Your opponent is the first to draw off of your Mine, so they should draw out, first if you play carefully. There's a Feldon's Cane, for good measure. It's done well in my very limited testing, but I have no real knowledge of what the Lorwyn game might look like, so I'd appreciate if any major holes could be pointed out. The sideboard is just thrown together. Here's the deck:
What exactly do you put Pariah on? Either way, you're going to need fewer damage prevention cards and more kill. Austere Command and/or Sunscour could both fit in the deck. Also, Ajani Goldmane would work really well in a deck such as this as there's little chance of her being damaged. Martyr of Sands could give you a huge life boost as well as go well wtih Ajani.
He wants to put it on an opponent's creatures, but that just won't work that great unless its a Stuffy Doll or something.
Ah ha! I can't believe I missed that. Something I forgot to mention that can definitely keep you from dying is Bacon... er Beacon of Immortality... mmm...bacon...
Martyr of Sands
Ajani Goldmane
Serra Avengers
Corvax
and either Sacred Mesa or Mobilization.... its basically a super stall deck so add in 3-4 prismatic lenses and 2-3 coalition relics maybe one white beacon to top everything off 2 Return to Dust MD... no holy day... no Howling mine.... but then again thats just me

just for some advice, I am playing a similar deck right now and have noticed that the deck almost scoops to Gaddock Teeg, so I would not only suggest a snow base with Mouth of Ronom, but also taking out the Pariah's and Angel's Grace for maindeck Ajani and Oblivion Ring.
Oblivion Ring gives you an answer to Teeg so that you can *** either that turn or the turn after, and Ajani not only is relevant in the deck but gives you an alternate win. I would say...4 ring, 2 Ajani maindeck would do it. Or also...in a long matchup, Hoofprints of the Stag is a viable "win condition" also.

4 Howling Mine
4 Wrath of God
4 Holy Day
4 Oblivion Ring
4 Dawn Charm
4 Pollen Lullaby
4 Chronomantic Escape
2 Ajani Goldmane
4 Martyr of Sands
2 Hoofprints of the Stag
I think that build is solid. I have seen a friend run a similar deck with a green splash for Rites of Flourishing and Abundance...it seems to work very well. He also runs Hoofprints but runs like 2 whetwheel is a win condition.
I looked at Porphyry Nodes, but I think people would just hold creatures in their hand, waiting for it to go away. Sunscour could definitely work, especially with the mines. Thanks for pointing out Martyr of Sands those can probably go in. I had creatures filtered out, when I was looking for cards to include :-P. I'm not sure how well Ajani would work, he's only valuable after a Wrath of God, and I haven't been playing this that conservatively in terms of my life. Some I spend most of some games at one life. Hoofprints may be good as an alternate win condition. Maybe some Forbidding Watchtowers? I think Pariah is better than people give it credit for. It acts like a fog, by nullifying an attack and also takes out a creature. It can take care of Teeg.

I fail to see how an aggro deck holding back threats for one or two turns while you draw cards and build your mana base is a bad thing. As long as you make sure to play it only after one or two creatures are on the board, it will never be a bad play for you card advantage wise.

That's a good point. I'm not sure that it's the best choice, but I'll test it out.
THey are right, I posted my deck which is similar to yours but (IMHO slightly improved) in the thread for turbofog. It basically what it is. Either way I'm still not sure about hoofprints over something like Sacred Mesa. (ie is way better) If you run chronomatic escapes you must also run chronossavants, because it is the ultra combo of death. Martyr is auto include. (You say you spend many a game at 1 life while I spend many somewhere around seventy or eighty two.)
