The list is borrowed from a user of a local forum who proposed it as a joke for Standard Champs last year. It obviously needs updates, and I'm looking for help in doing that. It also needs a sideboard. How would you, a forum full of better deckbuilders and players than I, do this?
Carven Caryatid to stall aggro and reach into your deck.
And of course Pact of Negation If you're using costly spells that win on the turn you play them.
You're making me want to do horribly janky things with Scion of the Ur-Dragon and Yore-Tiller Nephilim, maybe with a 1-of Nicol Bolas in the deck somewhere...mmm, awful five-colour three-card reanimation combos...
My friend has already built a deck with this, but it's ridiculously expensive (I think fifteen or so Ravnica duals were involved). The concept is base Black-Green-White, your typical Rock deck with Chords for Scion and Transguild Courier, Damnations, Castigates, Farseeks, and Flagstones to get a Sacred Foundry and Hallowed Fountain. It'd obviously add 4 Glittering Wish to the main post-FS, but it utterly rolled any deck that didn't have 10+ cards that read "Counter target spell". It generally went off around turn six or seven, with all the acceleration it was packing (Wall of Roots, I seem to recall, made the main). It was nuts, but of course, aggro could beat it if it had a burn-heavy opener, combo couldn't touch it with all the discard it played (Stupor was there as well), and of course Dralnu was laughable.
But still, a good deck. PM me for the list if you want, we still tune it now and again, just for fun.
Remember that with Lorwyn, they were going to break a fundamental rule. I think with the clues we got into FS and this little tidbit from TCG, it will be Planeswalkers. Also gatherer now references the planeswalker type. Why do it so early. If it isn't Planeswalkers, I will submit a video of me tearing up one of my moxes
I think you need more draw. THe point is to ramp out to 8 mana 1 of eahc color and a transguild courier. Add more land tutors or draw. Draw seems more sensible since you can draw land and coalition.

I own a Coalition Victory deck in MTGO. Having said that, I've found that it runs much better if you have an alternate win - you know, if you run into a deck with COUNTERS [gasp!]. Scion of the Ur-Dragon is indeed awesome, and is actually what I used for the deck: running a playset of scion, random blue draw, and random dragon one-ofs works better than you'd think.
So ... it's kind of a different direction, but as you want other ideas, here's something mildly close to what I've been running: [I don't run duals, because they're expensive, and also not really needed in this deck, surprisingly enough. Heh.
Yeah, so if you can't get a Scion to stick, just throw random dragons at them until they die.
This could probably be improved in FS with Intet and scry, or some other random janky combo. It's pretty fun now, though.

Western Tolaria, Flagstones of Trokair and Glittering Wish are your friends, y ou can also use Summoners Pact as a back up way of getting the Multi colored creature.
Maybe Pact of Negation for counter on your turn you drop the big bad Victory.
If anyone knows why G0-DRAW was banned I would love it if they would PM me. That guy was pure entertainment 100% of the time. Plus he never publicly responded to his Contraptions "Proof" that never panned out.
What's that wacky green card where players get to put stuff into play? Does that do enchantments? Might work to drop a Scion Victory at the same time, if so.
Sorcery Hypergenesis is green.
Suspend 3 - {1}{G}{G}.
Starting with you, each player may put an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card from his or her hand into play. Repeat this process until no one puts a card into play.

I support WotC's goal of shaping Modern in favor of diversity.
I ran a thought experiment on my blog Modern in a Nuclear Wasteland
of an extreme case of banning 20 more cards to make sure they get everything, then scaling back where appropriate. WotC seems to be on a slowly build up approach. Both ways probably reach similar end points.
The post Gatecrash metagame is proving to be closer to the endpoint than I estimated, so its very possible that few (if any) more cards need to be banned.

Proplem is, you can't play sorceries with it, so it wouldn't be that amazing.

I actually made a deck that can win with Coalition Victory. It's an Eye of the Storm - Spellshift Toolbox Combo deck. It runs Research to get the pieces of the combo out of the SB (which are: Scion, Dstorm, Farseek, and CV). It's posted under the thread "Not Another Eye of the Storm Combo?!?" (not sure how to link to it, but it was last posted on 4/20).

They love and hate to see me walk through the door. I'm the man with the box, one to carry all his Standard cards with him. I've got the commons and uncommons they need. But I've also got my decks. If I walk into FNM, I came to play. And they never know what I'm gonna pull out of my hat next. I may lose more than I win, but it just might be THIS deck that has all the answers that they don't have answers for. They fear the unknown. They fear me. And they never see me coming!

Whoops! I thought the Coaliton Victory was like Battle of Wits- an enchantment that triggered on upkeep.
