Still not sure on the exact build. I'd like some card draw but there aren't any good options right now.
What I found out through playing the deck
-Reflector mage is a good card, but it doesn't fit here. This deck does not want a 3 mana creature that doesn't have flash and doesn't fly. He could make me lose lethal just by drawing him rather than something else.
-Anafenza Kin tree. The double white is annoying, the non-evasive nature is annoying, the lack of flash is annoying. Do I want to tap out on turn 2-3 for this? No. If I play her only in later turns, then I don't get much our of her and she's sub optimal. Why would I want an annoying suboptimal card in my deck?
-I cannot run 4 Bygone bishop. Even 3 seems too much. I usually don't want him unless I have rattlechains out.And I have little control over how many cards it gets me.
-Topplegiest is no longer worth running now that Maus Wan is here. I want a card that's good, not a card that's good "if X". Since evrything in the deck has evasion, tapping something on my own turn is irrelevant. And nebelgast herald makes him obsolete. Yes he'S good with delirium, but you'll only have delirium in spirits if you support it. And if you support delirium, you end up with a worse deck.
-I really want card draw.
-The lack of instant speed removal for non-attacking threats is annoying.
-Not sure which betweeb tempo and control builds are better. They may both be good dep. on matchup.
I'm honestly not too sure about the sideboard, but it's what seemed best so far. Not sure what to do with it.
Been solitaire playtesting it, it feels like a very nice Tempo deck that transitions into Midrange in late game. It feels like it's got a solid plan in early and late game.

Why do you use hallowed moonlight maindeck?
I don't know that essence flux is really worth it with Eldritch moon. The only plays you want with it is on rattle chains and sometimes on Maus Wan. But on wanderer, you only get to counter an instant/sorcery with it, of if the the opponent has 1 mana left, you can target something else but it still ends up being a counterspell that costs a creature. And targetting Maus Wan means 2 for 1'ing yourself.
I'm also wondering why you're runing Thalia. You really don't care that their creatures come tapped or not, and you had nebelgast herald for the odd fliyer. Plus, a lot of the non-basics would come tapped anyway.
Hallowed moonlight is in the main because half or so of the meta is CoCo decks. It's also good against Tokens which make up a good portion of the meta.
Hallowed Moonlight is in maindeck because a huge percentage of the meta is Bant Company and GW Tokens-- may as well have it available for a game 1 win. And even if not, it has a pseudo-cycling effect. Pay 2 to cast it, draw a card. Not the best use, to be sure, but it gives insurance in game 1 against a big part of the meta. But I guess I could swap it out for something-- maybe Always Watching, more Reflector Mages, or maybe Topplegeists?
Essence Flux works to save creatures by flickering them, can be used as a quick combat trick to trigger Maus Wan's +1s (granted, this is a stupid reason to use it), can be used defensively to trigger Nebelgast Herald's effect (especially if you have multiples out), can be used to flicker Reflector Mage to send creatures away, and can be used on Avacyn on her flip upkeep to activate her flip effect, but instantly flip her back over to Archangel Avacyn, give all my creatures protection, and allow me to flip her again. Seemed like a fantastic card to keep in for all of its uses.
Thalia's in as a 1-of because even if her effect isn't as significant, it's still going to slow them down-- and a 3/2 First Strike puts some pressure on ground creatures in case my own flying tempo is thrown off and they're outpacing me damagewise. Not the most reliable, but it might be better than nothing. (That, and I may just be making excuses to use my pretty foil promo of her. I'm not biased, I swear.)
Yeah, I definitely recommend getting a play set of hallowed moonlight if you haven't yet. It works great in the current standard meta and at worst is a free card draw. I've already transitioned it to main board as well, though my build is still a work in progress.
