There are so many red "deal 1 or 2 damage to everythign in play" as well as the oft mentioned kagemaro the various "all stuff gets -1/-1 or -2/-2" in the enviroment also. I dunno, any deck that has access to red or black will just demolish the tokens.
I've tested this deck and I really like it. My version is the bascially like the one on the first post, except I took out the loxodon heirarch and put in two promise of bunrei and two tolsmir wolfblood. I don't know if this was the right decision however, because I really do like the loxodon. The only problem is that I have tested tolsmir and him with the watchhounds and other green/white creatures equals game over for the opponent. I dont really like promise so that might leave. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have been working on a deck like this one and just finished Proxying it out. Also, you don't run the Suppression Field in this deck as Glare of Subdual is an Activated Ability and thus would require Mana to use.
Hmm, I actually missed that interaction, I guess failed to notice the colon with I suggested it.
Why Devoring Light? you're already taping down the creatures... it might help early game, but I think Storage Matrix might be a nice replacement in that deck to finish off the lock. Really, there's so many white lock cards now, including Marble Titan, Reverence, Ghostly Prison etc... Although I wouldn't suggest any of them but Storage Matrix.

Mark Rosewater: "We won't print contstructed utility cards at Mythic."
Nope, you'll print format defining, absolutely necessary cards at mythic instead.
Devouring Light is nice. It's a good way to permanently get rid of Kokushos, and in case you don't have Glare and have to play as a beats deck it can really help. I could maybe see cutting it for Sundering Vitae of Plague Boiler and Jitte become a huge hassle, but for now I think Light is better. I might also run Pithing Needle MD in that slot, since it seems like it would come in from the board in almost every matchup.
Bel: I do not know what you tested against, but I do know this deck loses consistantly to what appears to be the best deck post rotation. Excuse me if I am not all that trusting of your results, but the do not jive with mine and I have never been impressed with your comments on strategy.
To everybody playing this deck, there is a deck running around out there that just runs over this deck. They laugh at your enchantment since they will more then double your creature production, and they will thank you for giving them 2-4 more creatures when you play it. While you waste time tapping your opponets threats down they are casting 1 sided wraths on thier opponets. Which sounds better to you? You are simply beeing sidetracked by a card that is not all that powerfull to begin with. Glare of subdual is not oppossition, and even oppossition only saw sporatic play. I have no doubt that glare can be good in some matchups, but its not going to work vs the deck that is looking to be the best deck in the format, or any control deck for that matter. Having said all that the card will in all likelyhood be making an appearance in the sideboard of the above mentioned deck.

Devouring light has saved me a million times. It kills the dragons and basically saves you the game. During my testing, Devouring light has been one of my most used cards.
I posted this in casual but i thought i'd post it here as well, as i want it to be a competitive deck anyway.
My build is more weenieish. I use the hokori/will combo. I dont have a SB yet, but i was thinking 4 promise of bunreis for decks with mass removal, etc. Im also trying to make room for MD anthems.

excuse this noob question acvar, but what deck would that be?
What I want to know is what this deck is that acvar is talking about - I can only assume RW. I wasn't aware of any 1-sided wrath though, so that throws me off a bit. Either way, I'm having trouble believing a weenie deck like RW is the best deck post rotation. It will certainly be competitive (and numerous as there seems to be an infinite affinity for ww), but I highly doubt it is the best deck. Everyone seems to be forgetting that Kamigawa and Ravnica block aren't the only places to draw deck inspiration from - right now there seem to be many viable and creative options for T2. Jumping to ideas of what the best deck in the format is, when the format doesn't even exist, is foolish. I don't know how powerful this GW deck is, but it can be dismissed so quickly.

How so? We can look at Kamigawa Block Constructed for some already established archetypes, and we have a good idea what kind of decks will be there from Ravnica. What's so bad about trying to get a head start and figure out a deck early? We know that White Weenie will be around, we know that BG and MBC are going to be around, we know Gifts and other variants will be around. There really isn't a logical reason to not be brainstorming early.
Glare of Subdual is something I haven't tested, but I looked at. Overall, I don't think the deck needs it, and I don't want to take out valuable creatures just to give my other ones a slight p/t boost.
REALLY LATE EDIT: Wow, I look like a total retard for saying Glare of Subdual there. I meant Crown of Convergence.
This deck r0x0rz j00r b0x0rz! I love it so much. Almost more than The Rock. The deck is so fun and it can play defense if need be or beats with creatures like the wolf and the 4/4 elephant. I hardly ever draw the muse but when I do and have a Glare out its pretty much GG for them. This deck reminds me of ATS a bit I love it. Its so good. I have been playing it for a few hours now and I have only lost 1 game that was to a RWG deck that run Helix, ***, Judgement. However, the reason I lost was because I over extended on accident because he kept miss playing his cards and taking them back which was getting really annoying. The real upside for this deck is that is has tons of good match ups without even going to game two with Sideboard.
I'm waiting for opportunities to do some testing on o-gaming. I've looked at tournament results and it already looks like someone took my list and tried it out.
Can't wait till Rav comes out and I can actually make a sad attempt at building it.
I think Bunrei might be nessicary main, I mean you really don't have much vs a turn 4 Wrath. Perhaps splashing blue for countermagic, alot of it is splashable.
I also think Kami of Ancient Law should be played to beat Suppression Field
Glare is just fantastic in G/W and applaud R&D's desicion to prevent it from tapping lands, then it would be truly terrifying.
With new duals in Extended I would doubt it. I would play Opposition over it most of the time.
After playing with it for a long while I have found that the only thing I dont like about it is if you dont get a lock then its pretty hard to keep control of the game or even come to winning. So I normally always have to go for the beat down and then just hope I draw into the rest of the lock. The deck seems to be hit or miss but its still a good deck.
EDIT: Also the worst match up I have faced was GB Control/The Rock. Not a fun match up. Atleast not for me.

then, why not dump the whole idea and go for the beats with crown of convergence

I dont know. I will try it. I do think though that a GW Agrro build with a little control (mostly just hokori and maybe the kismet guy) would be a better twist for this deck I think. The glare only really helps you when you are either winning the game or about to win the game. Atleast it has been like that for me. I will try to work on some more builds soon. Maybe after church.
