Ahh yes, I forgot about Declaration in Stone. That's a great card and would be worth switching. And I suppose the Invocation would end up being a little useless with all the blinks.
Invocation of Saint Traft - Gives our dudes some extra oompf so why not.
Because it's very easy to get blown out. You tap 3 mana to drop an enchantment on your guy and they Grasp of Darkness in response. In a deck that seems to rely on tempo like this one, you can't afford tempo blowouts like that.

Description
List break down -
Creaures
Topplegeist - Great 1 drop for spirits and helps with tapping stuff down once Rattlechains is out or when we have Delirium.
Rattlechains - The best creature in this deck. He's great and makes spirits possible. No reason to not run 4.
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit - While not tribal she's nice and works well.
Erdwal Illuminator - Running a 4 set but could be switched out for something else (Uninvited Geist?)
Bygone Bishop - Works with every creature in our deck so why not.
Spectral Shepherd - He works with keeping our dudes alive from kill spells.
Reflector Mage - Only creature that isn't a spirit. He's too good to resist and works well with Essence Flux.
Instants
Essence Flux - Works well with Topplegeist, Rattlechains, and Reflector Mage.
Enchantments
Always Watching - Makes our dudes bigger. Vigilance is also nice.
Sorceries
Declaration in Stone - Some good removal.
Possibilities
Before anything, I can see adding Gideon, Ally of Zendikar or/and Jace, Unraveler of Secrets
Splashing Black gives us some options if we did it.
Pale Rider of Trostad - He's a jerk. We love him. The discard could be fixed with some Madness cards.
Alms of the Vein - Works amazingly well with the Pale Rider.
Behind the Scenes - Skulk and Flying? Yes please. Our creatures are nearly unblockable with both of these.
Ob Nixilis Reignited - Maybe for card draw? He could work.
Anguished Unmaking - Phenomenal card.
I haven't come up with a sideboard yet. Suggestions are welcome
