An attempt at creating a control deck for Thing in the Ice. Tons of board stall as well as protection to try and keep the Thing alive so that it can flip.
instead of marcabre waltz just to get back thing in the ice. Use sultai mana base with a couple of den protectors (which if in play when will enable you to infinatly loop them from the gy).
You also have no reliable way of dealing with planes walkers of which there will be many in the new standard format.
I got really excited about Thing in the Ice from the moment it was spoiled, but I don't think it will find a home in Standard. At least not this block. There's no telling what will happen in the future!
He's extremely vulnerable to removal, and there's going to be A LOT of it in this coming meta. Cheap removal, too. Declaration in Stone and Ultimate Price, for example, can remove him on turn 2. And with TITI being your only win condition other than Crush of Tentacles, you best believe my Esper deck would board in my Infinite Obliterations to strip them out of your deck. Can also be done with Pick the Brain. In all likelihood, TITI wouldn't survive to flip and even if he did, there's plenty of removal to take care of him. And with there only being 4 creatures and no walkers in the deck, ALL the removal will be aimed at them.
With all the Aggro you're going to be seeing, this deck would never survive to Crush of Tentacles and your one sweeper ,Languish, would smother your TITI in the crib if you did have one out... which if you're playing on the curve, there's no way you'll flip TITI before having to Languish on turn 4 to fend off Aggro.
I do like the idea of TiTi with Brain in a Jar. I may give them a shot together and see how it goes. Getting two of the coolest new cards together in one deck would be the dream.

This decklist is a non-starter.
