Well. You don't seem to need red at all. Instead of running two 5 mana cards in dragonlord. You might want to try seer's lantern. To both accelerate and help you dig for R. Punishment. As well as scry away late game discard spells. ALso improves the odds of activating mirrorpool.
A friend and I were talking about how much fun remorseless punishment would be with Howl of the Horde I'd think three remorseless punishments should automatically win the game.
As an added bonus, think of how much fun Howl of the Horde would be with Dark Petition! Spend 8 mana, get any three cards, and get 9 black mana for your troubles!
I'm working on an Esper Demonic Pact deck with Punishment and Narset Transcendent in the sideboard for the Eldrazi Ramp match up. Rebounding Punishment on turn 5 is where it's at, if there's any potential for a Punishment deck I'd start there instead of trying to combine it with Howl of the Horde requiring a whopping 8cmc and Raid trigger.
