I think the best one in such a deck in standard would be Mastery of the Unseen if you run a fair amount of creatures. Shadows of the Past is another possibility, but it's not very good (limited all-star, but not in constructed).
well the deck will be an enchantment deck using from beyond, planeswalkers, retreat to emeria, and a little bit of control with options to protect against the "destroy all nonland permanents". colorless is an option. the only creatures will be herald of pantheon maybe, or perhaps a finisher?
If it's an enchantment deck and you need a mana sink, Mastery of the Unseen is the go-to even if you're not using a lot of creatures. You just get to play a bunch of instant-speed uncounterable 2/2s and grind out everything.

I second this. I feel that pretty much any white list gains a great deal from at least a single Mastery in the 75. Even control based strategies could use 1 of them in the sideboard for grindy matches where they don't expect (And thus can't easily deal with) a resolved Mastery.
There are a number of good ones in the GW colors, but I have to say the Mastery of the Unseen is probably the best if you want something that makes tokens.
Here is a list of other mana sinks I can think of off the top of my head in GW:
- Assault Formation while it may not immediately seem like something you'd want to run, I've been beaten by token decks that used it to pump their side of the board.
- High Sentinels of Arashin is best in a deck that abuses counters, but is still a good card.
- Myth Realized is in theory really good in a low creature decks, but has yet to find its place.
- Temur Sabertooth combos well with Mastery of the Unseen since you can use it to return manifested cards you rather have in your hand.
- Warden of the First Tree is a great mana sink that can come down really early and is never a dead draw.
I am trying to make a token/planeswalker deck in standard, and i am looking for a good mana sink. any recommendations?

Outside of GW, there is Shaman of the Great Hunt and Tasigur, the Golden Fang.
not to mention making use of the wasted planeswalkers that i would draw.
Especially for a token based deck.
But if you want a permanent to sink mana into? Some of the new eldrazi have some possibilities.
