My understanding of Dragon's Maze booster packs is that each will contain 1 rare (or mythic rare), 3 uncommons, 10 commons, and 1 land (gate, shock, or mythic). (I'm going to ignore foils for now.)
First Question: With what frequency will the different land types appear?
Current releases that are Standard legal:
Innistrad
Dark Ascension
Avacyn Restored
M13
Return to Ravnica
Gatecrash
Dragon's Maze
When M14 is released this summer, nothing will change (except M14 will be Standard legal).
Second Question: When Theros is released in September, what sets will no longer be Standard legal?
For the land pack question, i believe the odds of getting a shockland are about half what they were in RTR/GTC which puts it somewhere shy of 4%. A mythic normally appears in place of a rare 1 in 8 times which puts Maze's End at less than .5% i think?
When theros comes out Innistrad Block and M13 will both rotate out, so it will be
Return to Ravnica
Gatecrash
Dragon's Maze
M14
Theros

"A scrupulous writer, in every sentence that he writes, will ask himself at least four questions, thus: 1. What am I trying to say? 2. What words will express it? 3. What image or idiom will make it clearer? 4. Is this image fresh enough to have an effect? And he will probably ask himself two more: 1. Could I put it more shortly? 2. Have I said anything that is avoidably ugly?"
