Ojutai's Command is already seeing more play due to Jace but I suspect it could get better.
Planeswalkers in general could see more reign with sorcery speed downfall. KTK Sarkhan is a thing barring he's not shoved aside by some new spoilers.
Hand disruption also seems to be taking a big hit, which is probably good for "combo"ish decks and control. Nobody wants to maindeck duress or despise.
Lastly, Atarka's Command can trigger landfall at instant speed alongside fetches, so if there's some strong landfall triggers it could do a lot. If goblins making a resurgence it could also be stronger in that way too.
My baby girl Narset will be the biggest, baddest sleeper since that whore Elspeth broke up with me, I mean I broke up with her.. Yeah... Her...yeaaaa but Elspeth wasn't exactly a sleeper... If...yaknowwhatimean

Ghostfire Blade and Shaman of Forgotten Ways have picked up in use lately, but in a world of Devoid and ramp, I think they'll absolutely explode. These two I feel pretty confident on.
Riskier bets: Frontier Siege for its heavy ramp, Torrent Elemental for its interaction with Exile and for breaking through ramped-out monsters, See the Unwritten because we're getting so many fat fat fatties.
Ugin is going to get really bad once all the fatties are colourless. I sold all mine. Sell sell sell!
It'll still endure for Modern Tron and EDH. And Ugin was never great for killing fatties anyway, so I think him getting bad is mostly going to be a factor of how many Devoid creatures in the 2-4 mana slot see play.
He'll be worse, for sure, but I'm not quite ready to call him bad.

Formerly Angrypossum over at the now-defunct WotC forums.
He's going to be absolutely rotten. Hangarback walker has already nerfed him quite significantly. I reckon he'll be $3 junk within 2 months of rotation
Moreover, colorless ramp obviously won't be the only played archetype, so the card's not useless by any stretch. But there's no doubt it will be less good.

Playing with proxied cards at sanctioned events is good, actually.
Well, as it stands colourless ramp isn't yet a thing that is possible, since there aren't any manarocks in standard, nor are there any spoiled. I mean the 5-drop guy that generates 2 mana isn't exactly constructed playable. And last i checked there were'nt too many decks based off opaline unicorn
Ugin is going now where. Devoid allows you to play him and just wipe your opponent's board. Kiora is making for some brutal ramp decks too. Possible turn 4 with a not so far fetched hand. Consistent turn 5 though.
Everyone keeps meantioning Evolutionary Leap but that card has all the support it needs. There are plenty of ways to abuse this card, but no deck wants to. There are other ways to generate card-advantage.
The new duals could enable multi-colour aggressive strategies. Cards that fit in 2-3 colour aggro decks are potential sleepers. Assuming that Abzan Midrange stops being a thing, which it should, I think.
Decks that play shard colours are also going to be more viable. I'm looking at Esper since it can utilize Jace and Ojutai's Command. Perhaps we'll see some Naya action, especially if we get more good cheap landfall creatures.
With manlands, control decks no longer need to run several creatures to close the game, while it may still want to run Ojutai for example, or even hangerback walker, I think Narset gets a lot better.

I really hope you're being sarcastic. Like, REALLY hoping. Ugin, the colorless walker that fits into a lot of high curve EDH decks for boards wipes, that is a component of almost every Tron deck out there, one of the few answers to a board full of Rhinos and Anafenza's, Mantis Riders and Walkers, Elves and Goblins, etc, a walker that can literally be ramped into with the help of the new scion tokens and generators, as well as the colorless ramp spells, that can ultimate and swarm the board with Eldrazi from the new set(ironic in a thematic sense), be 3$?? I can't even imagine Ugin being less than 20$ even after he rotates, due his playability in other popular formats.
Now back to the sleepers, for me, I feel like Brutal Hordechief might see more play, if played with all the Scion tokens floating around, swing in, drain life, and whichever ones are blocked sac and use an instant speed spell to fully use and abuse them. Whisperer of the Wilds I can also see more play, since we won't be getting any more unconditional mana dorks and he can block scion tokens for days. Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker may see play again due to no more instant speed Hero's Downfallshenanigans making him a useless play on turn 5 if he decides to use +1. Of course there's still Abzan Charm and Utter End but those are more color restrictive, and should be played around accordingly.

Let's be reasonable. Ugin sees eternal format play and heavy EDH play. Planeswalkers that don't even make it into superfriends EDH decks and see no serious play anywhere are generally more than 3 dollars.
Almost always a 4/3 for 2
A very easy 5/4 and an easy 6/5
With trample AND reach
And right now standard has so many things that deal with +1+1 counters
Goyf level in the right deck
Ghostfire blade is another card you should get your playsets of, goes nicely with the cheap eldrazi like forerunner of slaughter, or hangarback, hangarback babies, +2+2 shouldnt be overlooked considering the avaiable equipment this standard

I second that about ghostfire blade, the card is already very playable in the right deck and it's only gonna get MORE playable post-rotation. Forgot to pick some up today, definitely gonna get a playset tomorrow before it rises any higher, thanks for reminding me, lol.
As someone who just today faced and got thrashed by hardened scales.dek for the first time while testing online I can definitely confirm avatar is bonkers. Undergrowth champion also seems to be avatar's best friend. I beat the deck the next 2 times I played it, and while he got out multiple hangarback walkers those last 2 games, he never drew into avatar, and I contribute that to be a big part of him losing back to back.
Uh, as far as my contribution, I could easily see herald of the pantehon making waves in some sort of G/W/x enchantment deck, if some pro decides to run it that is
Evolutionary leap with scions coming out.

Blue lives don't matter in the slightest.
Silumgar's Command will see more play.
If there's some kind of ramp/landfall thing happening, Crater's Claws may prove to be a prominent wincon.
Landfall + Sword of the Animist + Relic Seeker??
Secure the Wastes will be a combat trick with Veteran Warleader.
In general, I think the "dragons matter" cards will be a little stronger and that could improve Sarkhan Unbroken.

Edit: Also, Ghostfire Blade. Remember Bonesplitter? Yeah.
