I noticed Dragon Fodder is going to be in Standard again. This seems like an odd choice, especially since it's a common, where Hordeling Outburst is an uncommon. I'm collecting the pieces for a R/W Aggro deck and I had 4 Hordeling Outburst in it, but after seeing the spoilers should I use Dragon Fodder instead? Or is there advantage to Outburst I'm not seeing?
Since they can both only be cast at sorcery speed, I'd say outburst is a better card overall. You can get a lot more mileage out of three creature tokens than out of two, and while they seem similar (each costs 1 mana per goblin), outburst is a much better deal when you take card advantage into consideration (1/2 a card per goblin vs 1/3) that's not to say you couldn't run both in the same deck though, depending on what you're looking for.
My other concern is that outburst is 1RR, even though RW is only two colours, it's still a pain on the mana and such. I may try running 2 and 2 of each for a while and decide whether to go 4 of either one, 1 and 3, or just stay 2 and 2 after a few trial runs.
I'd run Dragon Fodder. It helps you trigger prowess on Seeker of the Way multiple times in a turn more often, is easier to cast alongside another spell when you have Outpost Siege in play, and possibly allows you to run Monastery Mentor without having a cluttered 3-drop slot.
Valanarch actually makes the most sense. Being able to trigger prowess multiple times in the deck, as well as easier casting off Outpost Siege, really speeds up the deck and helps it run smoother. Thanks!

Fodder, into Rabblemaster, into Outburst? Seems fine to me.

The RDW already loses to those things so my question still remains.
