Now, I really like Atarka. She's big, fat, and does lots of damage. However, she is a huge target. So how do you get value with her? Whip of Erebos of course.
I really want to see a deck in this vein run Frontier Siege.
The Khans mode ramps you into a turn five Atarka/Queen on its own and can help cast multiple smaller spells in one turn.
The Dragons Mode turns Hornet Queen into a neat 5-for-1, and works pretty well with Atarka for removing threats as well.

Oh. Wow. I didn't even think of that. That's great. What do I cut though... And how many... See the unwritten kind of underpreforms so there's that. But what else?
Soul of Innistrad would be the other one I'd look at cutting, as it's just lower-performing than your other fatties.
I'd try out two Siege for now and see if they do perform as well as they look like they can on paper.

Kekule_the_Magician on the inclusion of Devouring Light in a TurboFog Deck:
Quote from Kekule_the_Magician »
As a person who typically plays very creature oriented decks, I HATE when an opponent has Devouring Light. It is infuriating to finally get through with a creature on to have it exiled.
I've come to hate White in general now because it gets everything to the point where it is almost unfair. White has boardwipes (Wrath of God, End Hostilities), targeted exile and removal (Devouring Light, Banishing Light, Last Breath), lifegain spells, lifelink, low cost/high power enchantments and auras, flying creatures; my goodness what don't they get!?
Over Abzan whip, the only thing you are gaining is Atarka, and you are losing Siege Rhino, which is an important hard-cast creature for the deck. If you are going to go Jund, I think you need to explore red further. Maybe throw in some red/multi creatures as well.
A guy locally here plays a Jund whip deck. It seems fine enough until he Crater's Claws you for 10+. It's a finisher no one seems to expect, especially when spending time dealing with Doomwakes and Hornet Queens and Stormbreath. You definitely make plenty of mana to make it worth while, especially with the Ferocious trigger.
Maybe drop two lands? I run an Abzan Constellation and before that GB Delve, and I've never had more than 22 lands, not with Caryatids, Wayfinders and Coursers all helping out. So that's two spare. I also find three Coursers to be sufficient and two Eidolons, so that's four spare. Otherwise three Whips and two Hero's Downfall saves you two as well, four with the two less lands.
This seems an interesting build. I may convert my Abzan deck into this once I get ahold of the Atarkas.
Thinking on my meta, Supplant Form seems like a nasty response to a whipped Atarka; I'm sure the U/W player at my LGS is going to try it out. Crater's Clawing my own Atarka to stop them from getting one may be the only way to deal with that, haha.
Sheesh.. frontier siege out, whip out, whip back big guy.. fight for 12, swing for trample 12, gain 12.
one thing, make rrrreal sure you can disable hornet queen at all times.
That's not how the fight mechanic works. Things like first strike and doublestrike are ignored by fight effects, so the dragon would deal only 6 damage in the fight and would die if used against an enemy creature with 4 power or more.
I like the idea of a jund whip deck but running seige and whip appears to take up 6-8 slots which is a bit even with the synergy it provides. lets say its in the middle with 7 slots. its hard to run the utility spells of thoughtseize, removal, commune etc and still have a strong creature suite. As stated i very much like the idea of this but getting streamlined list could be tough...
an easy response would be to say lets just build a deck for your local metagame, however going to a big event with a deck like this makes it hard to establish the right cards.
if you are looking running seige maybe something like this could work.
and sideboard could feature
2 crux of fate ?
3 anger of the gods
2 thoughtseize
3 murderous cut
1 doomwake giant
2 reclimation sage
2 pharika
something like that maybe? I mean if you are going to the trouble of playing seige you want to draw it so having one probably isnt a viable number. I think its play it in numbers or not at all.
just a thought.

Whip a Dragon in. Beat for 12, Gain 12.
frontier Siege + Hornet Queen so elegant and disgusting at the same time.
one thing, make rrrreal sure you can disable hornet queen at all times.
Also, Doomwake Giant is a magnificent answer to the Queen... But why would I need to? Double Strike includes First Strike...?
Siege has overpreformed. The card is ridiculous. No one even tries to answer it either, they underestimate its rediculousness.
@minowara What did you have in mind? Soul of Shandalar? Bearer of the Heavens? (Oh... Maybe. Super secret sideboard tech.) Siege Dragon?
Or did you mean outside whip targets?
Like Goblin Rabblemaster or Fanatic of Xenagos?

Also, the Seige is a may effect, so you don't have to fight a hornet queen, but when you swing, you'd sill win in combat due to double strike.
Also, 22 lands has proven to be a little inconsistant, especially when you run five 7-mana creatures and 2 Crater's Claws.
