Frontier Siege is some scary ramp. It nets you 4 extra mana a turn. Two for each phase. On turn 4 with this and 4 mana sources I can play Shaman of the Great Hunt and Draw a card. Which is just ok really but with a 5th source I can cast Atarka, World Render (Turn order being T1: Land, T2: Land, Mana Dork, T3: Land, Frontier Siege, T4: Land, Atarka). A Turn 5 Ugin is a pretty scary thought (though I'm only playing one of him). Granted I only made this deck because I have a thing for Dragons, Double Strike and GRx decks so I just wanted to try Atarka in a shell once. But the more I think about Frontier Siege the more I like it. I don't even care about playing the full four because while I'm only playing for one mode I could see the second one coming into play, an I don't even mind doubling down on the mana.
It a going big or ramp deck, it doesn't seem like you want to be spending turn 4 playing an enchantment. Also Ugin seems very poor here as well. It's -X will probably wipe more of your creatures than your opponents and the +2 is ok, but by the time you can play Ugin you could just be trying to win the game. I highly suggest trying out 1 or 2 copies of Xenagos, God of Revels. He is amazing with Atarka and is great for GR beats.

I still like frontier siege as a card but I've also wanted to throw in a manifest ramp because of Whisperwild Elemental. With Wildcall I think ramping for manifest is worth it.
Sure Atarka dies to plenty of removal spells, but most of current Standard decks run in curve, meaning if we were able to ramp her by turn 4 with haste, I'd say that's good enough. I was trying to imitate GB Devotion.
So far the list able to generate 6-7 mana in turn 4 through various of ways. The best win is to play See the Unwritten turn 4 and finds both Atarka and Xenagos. Otherwise, ramp into Hornet Queen for defensive. I was thinking to use Lightning Shrieker instead of Stormbreath Dragon for the trample, but flying hardly have any blockers that early so I think it is alright. The main idea is to ramp and attack for one hit K.O.

Is Temur Sabertooth in the deck to return manifested spells? or to return creatures to your hand before a board clear?
I would like to add 1-2 Yasova Dragonclaw but I'm not sure what to take out
I also like Rattleclaw mystic over Elvish Mystic in the deck as the only 3 drop it can ramp into is Wildcall
Yes.
