Take it to the casual forum where it belongs and use deck tags. That bein said, 4 of the best, 0 of the rest. Assuming you don't have the funds to splash white and play some fetches... If you can afford bloodghasts, get those.
And adjust to beat the people you play against. The high cmc vampires are not needed. Nocturnis is probably the only thing at 4 worth playing due to blowout potential and threat. The only 5 drop worth playing, and not for all versions, is malakir bloodwitch because it impacts the game immediately. Also worth noting that burnish type finishes with cards like kalastria highborn aren't uncommon. Bloodwitch helps that. If you can't afford the extra nocturnis and whatnot, play more cmc 2 or 3 vamps like nighthawk or removal. There's no reason to try playing 6 and 7 cost stuff. Blade of the bloodchief isn't needed when you can just midrange them out. Based on your list, it looks like you don't run into control much. If that's the case, maybe you want more kill spells or hard kill spells instead of the tribal urge to feed for bigger things. Imo, if you can, play more rather than less. It makes for value just like a lot of the other cards. Decide if you want pulse tracker or vampire lacerator too. This is prettymuch cheapened up zendikar vamps as a stock shell pending probably necessary tilting to account for your meta.
