U/W heroic build
Value- 7.46

SB options include Glare of heresy, Suspension field, even banishing light. possibly a hexproof guy (at the moment, ajani's presence and gods willing have done the trick, though)

Here is my Ultra budget RW heroic deck. If you have suggestions, do not spam this beautiful thread since its hard to keep track of so many budget builds if there are replies to each one and then replies to the replies.
R/W UltraBudget Heroic
Cost: $3.68 (I had to use the live costs instead of the "Low" metric since I have no idea how to check the Low metric for an entire deck)
Remaining Budget: $11.32 (No SB as of yet)

So I decided to post my first Build. Its a take on RW Heroic.
This is a SERIOUSLY budget deck I am pretty sure you *could* build it under $10 or even less if you root around for trades and deals.
The Premise
My first ever mtg deck was a theros event deck. Of the cards I really loved the heroics because I was often able to use cheap instants like gads willing to pump them up and protect them at the same time. When I decided to go out and buy new deck I knew I had to go with a Heroic based deck. I went to my LGS and the clerk pulled out "Forged in Battle" a Born of the Gods heroic intro pack. I have since made some improvements to the deck and I feel it is moderately strong. Perhaps not yet FNM worthy but my next build should cover that
ordeal of purphoros and ordeal of Heliod are the two other main cards the way I see things. Both trigger either phalanx leader or one of the other creatures' heroic abilities, and ALSO pump them for 1/1 upto three times. In addition if they resulve completely you gain life or deal direct damage to your opponent. Keep a watch though since the secondary abilities trigger when 3 or more +1+1 tokens are on the creature, so the heroic abilities or abilities of other spells contribute to that.
1. Gods Willing and ephemeral shield provide close to bullet proof protection. Attack with phalanx leader and 1 or 2 creatures that have 1 or 2 less power. Once phalanx leader is blocked play either of the spells to protect it and pump the other unblocked atackers to deal some extra damage
2. Use the "ordeal" cards wisely. Play them either on phalanx leader (for a lot of creature pumping) or on akroan skygaurd (to deal flying damage that increases every turn) Since both have pretty notable secondary abilities once you hit 3 +1/+1 counters on the enchanted creature you should consider burning through gods willing or ephemeral shield to protect them if possible.
3. Using cheap spells like Mortal's ardor on akroan crusader is a good way to get a considerable number of tokens. This is useful against other token decks and seems to be the only strategy to really protect yourself from 5 tokens attacking you because you don't have much to defend with.
4. Labyrinth Champion is hard to get on the field but if you do consider atacking and then triggering his heroic with an instant like Mortal's ardor to deal considerable additional damage and gain some life back.
Additional Thoughts
Perhaps reducing to 3 phalanx leaders and 3 akroan skyguards in favor of couple more 1 drop instants will allow more maneuverability.
I have also been considering some CIPT lands but that may ruin the little speed the deck has
Finally, I feel like some of the new KTK spells like Defiant strike and Trumpet blast could REALLY boost this deck. Not etirely sure if trumpet blast would act as a Heroic Trigger but if it does I need it!
I've posted another deck. I agree that it's becoming difficult to look the different decks. It would be great if all the decks where in the first posts and in the required formatting it could say to put a link to a different thread for the comments.
I'll work on it in a little bit. I think I'll have some of the highest rated decks in a "featured" section, like some of the old threads. I've been sick and have to catch up on some school, so it may take me a few days.
@quake004 , I am using your scavenge deck and just figured out that Anafenza, the Foremost shuts down the entire deck... any suggestions as to any way to stop that?

From what I've seen, even Abzan Midrange rarely actually plays Anafenza. Other than that, just kill her with something.
IMO she's not that great unless they get her online early, because she can only stop creatures from being put in the graveyard, rather than doing anything to creatures already IN the graveyard. Unless I'm misreading somehow.
But on turn 3 I don't have enough cards in the graveyard to do much with that 3rd turn unless, I go first then I might have a Nemesis of Mortals or Nighthowler out. also, the only way to kill her is to have a 4/4 and Roar of Challenge or sideboard a Murderous Cut
If anyone has tried any budget Jeskai/Abzan builds, please let me know. I tend not to enjoy playing green (too mana hungry) or Black (IDK kill spells and cheap devotion life gain seems almost like cheating to me). Im really lookig for a nice Abzan or Jeskai build (or even Temur) that falls under a similar budget (if its a bit more expensive, Perhaps list the Costly stuff as alternative cards).
Don't bother concoting new stuff, but If you have something that might work, let me know coz I need something to play with tomorrow or I will have to miss FNM
Have any of the KTK decks on the thread been positively play tested? I'm attempting to stay with a KTK build because I don't want to invest in a pure theros block deck since we have new stuff that will stay around for longer...
@planeswalkerunderstand For me I have tested and tweaked the scavenger deck, even though it is both of your hated colors it has been tested at an FNM and won it and has many different builds for what style you like to play, Here is my version that I have messed about with: http://tappedout. net/mtg-decks/under-15-scavenge-bg-standard/ (sorry about the non clickable just paste and delete space inbetween . and net)
the roar actually is one of the most amazing cards in the deck cause it forces blockers on one creature and you can swing in with 2 nemesis's with counters and win that turn just from roar, also the delve for murderous usually has enough delve from lands that get milled... the soul vs. champion is a tough call but usually what the soul does is its exile from the graveyard effect which really helps keep me from milling all my good creatures out of the library. also sedge scorpion would throw off the balance of the B/G even more than it already is. ( I've tested mana bases for days now and the deck right now is the best curve it can physically get...
I put together the Temur Midrange deck (with a few changes, i.e. I replaced 2 Elvish Mystics for 2 Rattleclaw Mystics) and I am undefeated. It has been a blast playing this deck, it is really surprising how far a budget deck can go. Keep up the good work!
Oh man! I'm really glad you had such a great run with it!
If you want to add more money to the deck, Savage Knuckleblade has dropped down to about $3. It would be a good addition to the deck, probably in place of the Snowhorn Rider.
I've been pretty sick for the past few weeks, so I haven't had time to tweak anything. I think I'm actually going to focus on a newer Temur deck when I can, one that uses Temur Ascendancy as the engine.
This decks clocks in at $12.25 with TCGplayer's optimization function, and is absolutely monstrous. I consistent get t4-t5 kills with this deck (albeit with a fancier land base) against opponents with decks twenty times more expensive than it. It is incredibly satisfying.
A simple U/B control. Originally looking for something more draw/go, but the problem spot is creature/finisher selection, particularly against planeswalkers (this deck really wants Downfall's in here..but budget!)
Depending how it plays, you could focus more on Gravedigger/Whelming wave (possibly go to Mnemonic Wall as a combo), or try to sit back on a Fiend & more counters. Pearl Lake Ancient is under $2 if you want to try one instead of a Fiend (and maybe stretch your budget for a Temple of Deceit or 2).
Another possible finisher is Champion of Stray Souls (30 cents) - cheap in $ cost, but pricey in mana cost. But, unless it gets exiled, you can keep the critters flowing with Gravedigger.

Edit:
Tried this out. The 'diggers are just too slow. Removed as well as a 1 Black cat and just put in Omenspeakers for now. Also pulled the Whelming Wave for more Aetherspouts. Finally, because I own them, I replaced the Fiends with Soul of Innistrad (2) so they can hopefully bring each other back - but I think they will break the budget.
Ordering some Haunted Plates in a small order of stuff - to test out, but would look something like this (priced at $14.40 on 10/28) Note the removal is about 1/2 the price of the deck - you could switch to cheaper removal to save money like Flesh to Dust for example.
This deck costs about 13.35 on tcgplayer on 10/24 at around 10 am. This is a slightly dumbed down version of the deck that top 8ed at the last Grand Prix. The only thing I had to change was removing Stoke the Flames for Magma Jet.

Have you thought of any way to shift down?
I was wondering about Rakshasa Deathdealer, Maybe Heir of the Wilds, even?
Since you're slightly more green, Sedge Scorpion is probably better than the rats. Returned Reveler might be better than the assistant for more defense and shaving a mana. Also wondering about Strength from the Fallen vs Roar of Challenge. I'd try Awaken the Bear over Roar at that cost. How about Savage Punch (with the deathtouch guys, too) vs the Murderous Cut? (Or do you have enough non-creatures to delve it reliably?)
I get Soul of Innistrad, but came across Champion of Stray Souls for the same cost. Better effect? But probably better to have nothing that expensive. Maybe Reaper of the Wilds?
Trying to figure this out since my BG graveyard deck is missing its Golgari so much, Lotleth and Putrefy especially.
If you want to add more money to the deck, Savage Knuckleblade has dropped down to about $3. It would be a good addition to the deck, probably in place of the Snowhorn Rider.
