Hi, I want to try a Keranos deck, could you give me feedback and some ideas for improvement? I don't want to play with Return to Ravnica set if possible since I want this deck to be ready for the upcoming set. I have some of this cards (namely the red instants and the creatures)
*disclaimer* I haven't piloted a deck like this before, so I'm not sure if you're just sending all your burn directly to the face or if your plan is to stall out and then let Keranos do the work for the rest of the game, so bear that in mind. I'm assuming that since you're running counterspells that you're hoping to stall out the game a bit until your opponent runs out of steam, and then just burn them down.
In my view, Dissolve is a strict upgrade to Dissipate. With Keranos on the board, Dissolve lets you scry in order to get the most out of his triggered ability. I also think that 4 Searing Blood is a little high. I know that you'll have to deal with critters, but I think that a board sweep like Anger of the Gods might be better.
I'm also not sure how I feel about Satyr Firedancer here. He definitely has synergy with your deck, but I can't imagine him sticking around for very long after you cast him. Since he is the only non-God creature you are running, he is essentially the only target for your opponents removal. A good replacement might be Eidolon of the Great Revel, simply because most removal spells will force your opponent to pay three life in order to get rid of him.
Also, it might be a good idea to figure out a way to deal with creatures that are too big to burn down but also get past your counterspells. For example, big beaters like Stormbreath Dragon, Polukranos, World Eater, Master of the Feast or even Arbor Colossus are going to be a pain to get rid of, and since you'll have neither blockers no removal, they put you on a clock. Curse of the Swine might be a good 2-of in order to deal with those annoyances.
Hope that helps. But like I said, take my advice with a grain of salt!

Playing with proxied cards at sanctioned events is good, actually.
I agree you need to be able to take care of the big guys who will eventually get through. With Azorious control finally rotating you have to look at what decks will be leaving or may not be as strong in the upcoming standard. The other big deck that is taking a hit is mono black devotion and mono blue devotion to some extent. There are a couple theros type decks that will be the big decks and some with magic 2015 as a big part. Mono Red, Constellation, and GW will prob all still be solid once rotation happens so those might be some of the decks you want to aim to beat. I don't want to talk about the new set too much because not everything is spoiled, but I think Keranos could end upon the top of a curve for some Jeskai deck that takes advantage of heroic and prowess. It'll be interesting to see what gods of theros will make there way into the new decks!!!!
Maybe it will be helpful to post the Keranos deck I've been running? I took the creatures in a very different direction. The Staticaster and Pyromancer will rotate out. Also, the deck will lose 2 Izzet Charm, 2 Turn/Burn, and 3 Skullcrack in the sideboard. I'll probably wait for Khans to look for replacements, but I'd probably look for a few bounce spells for sure (maybe Jace, the Living Guildpact?). If anything with your list, my opinion is 10 counterspells mainboard is a few too many in most matchups and Spellheart Chimera should probably be in your deck. If you can back it up with a counterspell or two, it often just wins because you should have been able to burn your opponent a few times.
My personal experience with a very similar deck, is that you ought to take it slow. I would aim for a control shell that uses burn/Keranos, God of Storms as a win condition.
Totally agree with the notion that any big creature could blow you out unless you have countermagic. And even then, the difficulty lies in the fact that you don't have cheap, efficient removal like last season's R/W burn with Chained to the Rocks That you can cast and still have mana up to continue burning. Also, I think one of the difficulties with Keranos, God of Storms is that you will likely not want to tap out on turn five, or turn six to play him, as again, you would lose way too much tempo, which is critical for burn-- You'd rather just keep rolling on the burn train.
Thank you all for your answers I really apreciate them
My original idea was to use the burn spells on my opponent (with the help of my Satyr Firedancer to take down any creatures) and finish it with Keranos, God of Storms. In order to do that I needed the blue and red mana hence the counterspells. but aside form that I have no idea what or how to build it (formerly this is my first built deck and I don't want it to complicate it much) I added almost every counter I found so that might be another issue
I play with a R burn deck with the addition of some goblins (Goblin Rabblemaster)
the problem with Polymorphist's Jest and Turn to Frog in this particular build is that the effect isn't permanent. Since you have no one to block with, you can't actually get rid of big annoying creatures after they've been turned into frogs. Your only option would be to burn down the 1/1s or accept that the fatties will just be back next turn. Cards like Curse of the Swine or even ætherspouts offer you longer-term solutions with more efficient mana costs.
Alternatively, you could consider Spite of Mogis to get rid of annoying dudes. While it's a bit janky considering that you can't necessarily guarantee damage when you need it, it's certainly the most mana-efficient way to burn down annoying creatures (plus you can scry, which has synergy with Keranos). The only problem, of course, is that it's sorcery speed.

I am also thinking of including Polymorphist's Jest and Turn to Frog to get rid of anything big
