I would love to have to get Hero's Downfall for this deck soon. but I still play around without it but the card is a top 5 instant in standards. Herald of Torment Is here because I need more x3 Desecration Demon. And at my local card shop where I get all my cards. they don't have them at this time. If was going to use Pack Rat i need Mutavault. But this week i'm getting Thoughtseize i'm getting 4. I been saving up for for 2 months now. I can't wait until friday to get them. Has to be the best card in standards. FOR 1 black mana AND 2 life IT CAN REMOVE ANYTHING BESIDES NONLANDS.
So help me out if need to change anything before FNM. It would help a lot
thanks.
Definitely agree that Rakdos Shred-Freak and Mogis's Marauder ought to be 4-ofs. I could see losing Thrill-Kill Assassin if it came down to it, simply because in a build like this I think the speed from Shred-Freak and the intimidate from Mogis's Marauders is more like to guarantee you damage. The assassin has deathtouch, which is nice, but if you unleash her (which you basically must, since you're playing black aggro), then deathtouch becomes less meaningful as she can't block.
I'm curious though about why you think darkmagic88 should lose Herald of Torment. I've found the evasion is super annoying, especially at that cost.

Playing with proxied cards at sanctioned events is good, actually.
I think you have the idea of pressure wrong. An aggro deck doesn't really care about the damage to themselves. Its all about the efficiency. Desecration demon comes a turn later and can be delayed further, something that's very relevant in a race. Xathrid necromancer is more defensive, an anti-wrath trick and better when the deck had a higher natural human ratio. Desecration demon brings a slightly greater amount of pressure but is harder on the curve. Necromancer mainboard is simply less pressure. Herald of torment is evasive and reasonable damage that can scale up for quasi haste. The life loss is a negligible thing when you consider the pace that it works at. Notably, desecration demon also doesn't hold the same slot that herald does as one costs 3 and the other 4. Herald of torment deals out damage that's not terribly easy to just cut off and can scale up well for longer games. Its no lifebane zombie but its certainly good at what it does.
No, I've just been around the block enough to estimate the strength of a card without having heavily played mono black aggro myself (I do, however, play a bit of rakdos aggro which is major black, minor red and shares a number of similarities) and am familiar enough with the archetype to know the staples of it. But while we're at it, let me go do a quicky top 8 search for standard decks that play tormented hero and were listed as mono black aggro. As it turned out, almost every single one since BNG plays 3-4 herald of torment. I try not to take too much stock in looking at limited samples in such a fashion but when the results approach maybe 95% supporting, I'd say that there's more than a few grains of truth to the notion that I am not smoking crack and am simply correct.
Everything Nev said is true in regards to the Necromancer-only should be played in a human-heavy list, and as a anti board-wipe. On a budget, Hero's Downfall would be come very close to the last of my list of money upgrades since black has a multitude of other options for removal. Lifebane Zombie is going to be a meta call for MB. So that leaves three to contend; The Master, Herald, and Mogis. Since this is the budget forums, and if the only obstacle is money I would think some combination of Mogis ( must be said; is horrible if there is going to be an abundance of Mono B,) and Herald would be the better option.
let me know if the main and sideboard need to be change also I think of adding Liliana of the Dark Realms but don't know if I should 1 or 2 if it need in this deck what to take out for it

Deathcult Rogue
Fate Unraveler
Squelching Leeches
Marshmist Titan
Grisly Spectacle
Vile Rebirth
Sanguine Bond
Diabolic Tutor
Rise of the Dark Realms
As for your deck a card you could consider would be Master of the Feast, otherwise it seems to be a well tuned Black Aggro deck.
Rakdos Shred-Freak
Mogis's Marauder
and you need to drop Herald of Torment
And what Nev said " You don't need Whip of Erebos on the main board.
Besides 4 Thoughtseize
BUY 4 Hero's Downfall!!!!!!! or get a mix of both. Like 2 Thoughtseize and 3 Hero's Downfall

Blue lives don't matter in the slightest.
