In the past, a big challenge to R/G Stompy decks is that they don't have evasion. All the Polukranos, World Eaters in the world are useless if you are stonewalled by swarms of little guys.
So far I am still tweaking the mana-base and uncertain on my Nylea and Prophet. Thassa fulfills the evasion roll nicely, so Nylea's trample isn't as relevant. However she can turn into a creature and fit for a lot. I am considering another Arbor Colossus. Prophet might be better replaced with ramp or a beater.
Courser is the only new card from BNG. He excels at letting you draw more gas, and providing defense against early aggressive decks. His interaction with Domi Rade is fantastic, often allowing you to draw 2 extra cards per turn.
Ruric Thar is great in this deck because we only have 7 non-creatures. With Thassa in play, he can't even be blocked, so our opponent usually either takes 6 to kill him, or just plain loses the game.
I am looking for input on the best finishers to run, as well as ideas about the two uncertain slots (Nylea and Prophet). I am also interested in input on Mono-U and Mono-B matchups. People with experience running RG monsters may have some insight on that matchup.
I feel like elvish mystic may be better as ramp for you over the satyr... but the satyr is ridiculous with shrine have you thought about trying the shrine or changing to mystics

Unfortunately the deck is too multi-colored to handle Nykthos. Too much need for dual lands. I like the Mystic a lot, especially how he can get you to Courser on turn 2. Hmmm, and there aren't hardly any 1 damage burn spells out there. Plus, I'm basically always getting green whenever I activate Satyr. I'll give it a try and see how it is. Thanks for the idea.
That is my starting point I want to get voyaging satyr in there and another domri I'm still tweaking
How has Kiora been in your testing? I found that I would rather have Domri because he comes down earlier and acts as removal. To work well with Domri, we want to have as few non-creatures as possible - 4 Mortars and 3 Domri's in my case. Mortars is just so good I can't bear to cut it.
I like the idea of Aetherling. Unfortunately, he costs 7 mana to cast correctly, which is a huge amount in a deck that otherwise tops out at 5. Rogue's Passage is also great in a deck with less multi-color requirements. I think the main challenge for Passage is that any deck which can colorless runs Mutavault instead, or possibly Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx. It is cool to have another way to get past blockers.
My list also runs Xenagod, he is awesome. Currently testing to see what is best splash, u, b, or w. White gives aurelia, the warleader which is game when you drop it.
This OP it's about rug though, and the list I'm trying for that uses small evasive beaters, augmented by master biomancer and Xenagod. faerie impostor is actually pretty sweet returning burning-tree emissarys. I personally like the lower curve, but have many of your cards in my an. Sweet list!

Ruric Thar strikes me as more of a sideboard card for specific match ups. Perhaps you could move him to the sideboard to make space for Aetherling since the CMC is the same? it may be tough to get UU by turn 5-7 with only 11 sources though. Elvish Mystic is pretty good, but you'll want to side it out against red decks. Leaving Voyaging Satyr in would let you untap a blue source, which would make it easier to hit aetherlings UU casting cost. Tough call.
Finding space for Simic Charm maybe a good idea, because there is just so much removal out there.
I'm thinking that Mistcutter is important for any blue matchups. Needle comes in handy for just about any matchup, for Pack Rat, Jace, Elspeth, or all sorts of other things. Cyclonic Rift gives me a way to go over the top and win in the GR Stompy matchup. Unravel the Aether is there to deal with gods, weapons, harass Boggles, and so forth. Aetherize is another way to disrupt Boggles and help me against super aggressive matchups.
Also going -1 Island +1 Stomping Ground. Feels like it needs a tad more red.
Unblockable Stompy stomped around at FNM! I ended 3-0 and had a ton of fun.
I ended up playing all creature matchups - two RG Monsters decks and one Selesnya aggro matchup.
Thanks to Scry and Unblockable, I was able to get better card selection than the opposing RG decks. We both had Courser of Kruphix and Domri Rade, so that advantage balanced out. Mizzium Mortars overload happened often and was very strong.
In all 3 rounds, I sided out Rurics and Nylea, and brought in Cyclonic Rift. Rift was crucial in the Selesnya aggro matchup for keeping me alive an extra turn. Overloaded Rift led to wins in the RG matchups by bouncing their board at the end of their turn, leaving them with no blockers for my team of fatties.
Prophet of Kruphix was very strong the few times I drew her. She is pretty bad if you are out of creatures in hand, but with all my draw and selection I think she will be good. I think I will cut Nylea. Thassa is better for pushing through damage, and Nylea can't be relied upon as a blocker because she is turned off so easily. Her activated ability is fairly weak as well. I was impressed with Arbor Colossus, and may add in another. Here's my current list of maindeck changes.
-2 Ruric Thar. He's very cool, but at 6 mana he costs more than Arbor and my FNM has a lot of creature decks where his impact is minimal. Definitely keep him for SB.
-1 Nylea. As noted, unreliable as a creature and just worse than Thassa for evasion.
+1 Prophet of Kruphix. She makes combat hell for my opponents and helps me Monstrous things easily.
+2 Arbor Colossus. I like having more fat, and this also fights against things like opposing dragons. Also good to have a 6/6 base creature.
The mana base held up very well - I had fairly little trouble hitting my appropriate colors. I might play around with it a little to see if there is a better balance of pain and scry lands. I like to curve out perfectly, but scry is strong with fatties and ramp being needed at different times.
This decklist seeks to combine large creatures with Thassa, God of the Sea. This allows our fat to get through while filtering our draws. Domri Rade and Courser of Kruphix allow us to draw continual gas, and Ruric Thar, the Unbowed is the final blow to lock our opponent out.
4 Sylvan Caryatid
4 Voyaging Satyr
Filter and Card Draw
4 Courser of Kruphix
3 Domri Rade
3 Thassa, God of the Sea
Removal
4 Mizzium Mortars
1 Nylea, God of the Hunt
1 Prophet of Kruphix
Finishers
2 Arbor Colossus
4 Polukranos, World Eater
2 Ruric Thar, the Unbowed
4 Stormbreath Dragon
2 Breeding Pool

1 Island
1 Mountain
4 Steam Vents
2 Stomping Ground
4 Temple of Abandon
4 Temple of Mystery

I'm glad to hear it. Could you share some of the differences? I'm also interested to hear about how your games have gone.
