If you choose to splash red, you now have access to magma spray which has helped my list a lot and is wonderful against blood soaked champion. I haven't tried hornets nest but I imagine that could be a really good option against nonblack, noncontrol decks. I can update more once I get back to my desktop with my current list but I have had more success with just playing chord rather than yisan.
I really would like to do a simic deck utilizing both Nissa and Master of Waves because I think it would be hilarious to have 5/5 trampling lands getting the boost from master, maby use the new "U" 0/3 sac get a land elemental, carytids, new jace and mass counterspells and new delve card draw engines.
Ætherspouts I don't like there. Icy Blast, Kiora, big defenders and flash all discourage big attacks so you're left with a 5 spell for 1 attacking creature. I prefer more icy or a counter or a kill spell.

Current Awesome Deck: UWAll-In GiftsWU Consistent, Resiliant, and way overpowered, making multiple 4/4s per turn.
GB Electric Dreams BG Deal 20 in one shot, or discard their hand?
GWUFree Stuff MidrangeUWG Slowly bury the opponent with more threats and answers than they can handle.
In My list, I think I like Icefeather Aven better than Kiora's Follower . @Lajube , Your Probably right about Ætherspouts . Here's a updated list. I like this list just need to playtest, Any Ideas for a sb anybody? I may cut 1 Boon Satyr for 1 Icefeather Aven.
Sideboard: a variety of reactive cards. I don't know what kind of stuff is coming at you so it's hard to say. My favourite is Negate, Setessan Tactics. Aetherspouts could be a thing if there's a deck with lots of tokens or flyers. Also Hornet Nest, Prognostic Sphinx, Arbor Colossus, Hornet Queen are worth considering. Ditch Mana Confluence for new blue/green lands.

I don't know about removing Mana Confluence . I don't like lands that come into play tapped in aggressive decks. I'm adding my Sb ,it's just a start, with testing i'll make some changes. I'm going to swap 1 Boon Satyr for 1 Icefeather Aven.
I would consider splashing black for Grim Haruspex. It's another morph to throw off their guesses, perhaps worth sideboarding in against white to dull the effect of Elspeth or End Hostilities.
Really! I have a set of Fleetfeathers, but I could never get convinced they were worth playing over the other options at 5. But I see you're going hard on the flash plan so that makes a reason.

I really like UG Tempo aggro decks they are a blast to play. One of my all time favorite decks was the old Scryb Force decks around Time Spiral. I'm waiting for my Khans cards to arrive before I play test.
Ooo I really like the list prismatic elf! I have been thinking about going Sultai or Temur with my Simic deck, but that list makes me want to stay true to the U/G!
I will probably test that list and a few variations of it. Might try to include Kiora's follower and nykthos in there if I can.

I've had pretty decent success with it over the past few weeks when testing with friends, and I'll be taking it to FNM next week after building a good sideboard. So far, only auto-include in the board is 4x Mistcutter Hydra.
Since you all seem to be interested in continuing this deck in the new Standard, is someone here willing to make a new thread with a new primer? I plan to archive this one soon as it is out of date. Thanks.
If someone ends up starting a new primer for this in Khans standard, I will try to contribute as much as I can. I am definitely looking forward to keeping the U/G going.

I'd volunteer to do it, but I feel like my control-oriented builds probably aren't the way most people prefer to build out this archetype. I will definitely be playing Simic post-rotation and will be updating my progress accordingly in whatever thread exists after this one.
Your post perks my interest because I have been interested in trying a more control approach with this deck, do you have a link to your most recent build? Id be interested to see it (even if it is still Rtr/THS standard)

I don't think I'm the one because I haven't kept up with Khans. In fact, I'm just going to play my old deck dropping the few Rav/M14 cards it had and upping the numbers of some others. Which is not optimal but it's cheaper. For what it's worth, here's my list: Yisan/Prophet on Tapped Out
So I just removed all RTR block cards and replaced them with cards that I'd been wanting to play for some time. Since everyone's options have been limited due to today's rotation, cards that weren't as good (or that you had better options) are now good or even great
The newest inclusions are:
2 Hydra Broodmasters
1 Kruphix, God of Horizons
2 Kiora's Follower
1 Hour of Need
So what I did was basically give myself a big top-end, and since the Hydra's and Kruphix both up my mana curve, I figured it'd be good to also up the manadork count. This is where the Followers came in.
After uppping to 10 manadorks its pretty logical to go with a spell that lets those managuys turn into something useful, so I added the second copy of Hour of Need and it all just tied in perfectly.
I did actually Monstrous my Hydra for X = 6... my opponent almost fell off the chair.
Everytime I dropped Kruphix I managed to turn him into a creature, and his mana ability was very useful as well.
