I made a heroic aggro red white deck and am looking for advice on changes if any. I do not want an entirely new deck, just changes to this one if it doesn't seem good. I'm new to deckbuilding so I assume there's something not great.
Let me just start by saying first time long time...
Anyway, I pulled a bunch of heroic cards at the prerelease and I was starting to work out a deck based on them as well.
A few notes on your build--I would lower the amount of Martial Glory and Boros Charm. These cards are fantastic-but-they don't get a scry or a card draw. Dragon Mantle and Chosen by Heliod seem lame, but you get to draw a card meaning that you aren't losing any card advantage. It is worth noting that Martial Glory can target two creatures, which really helps.
Also, Akroan Hoplite can get big bumps from your other attacking creatures. Also, while Rakdos Cackler is essentially a 2/2 for one red, I still like Favored Hoplite.
Another card to consider would be Phalanx Leader. I know it costs two white but if you can target it and Anax and Cymede with a Martial Glory or something it could lead to some huge attackers.
Otherwise I like your build. I stuck a Heliod and an Ajani, Caller of the Pride in my build too.

Boros Charm can be a finisher, can protect creatures better than Brave the Elements and can enable Heroic. It is extremely good in this deck as it covers 2 of its weaknesses while still being an enabler. What's the point of draw/scry when facing the threat of Anger of the Gods or Supreme Verdict? Chosen by Heliod is a waste of space even if it does replace itself. Dragon Mantle is good but still shouldn't replace Boros Charm. 2 Colors reduces its effect + Heroic encourages leaving mana open for reacting to combat/spells + not instant speed and you're left with a 2cmc draw 1 sorcery-speed spell that does nothing until late game when what you actually need by then is reach that Boros Charm could have given.
I'd personally replace Martial Glory with Coordinated Assault because it's easier to cast. Prioritize lower cmc enablers because you want to leave as much open mana as you can while still being aggressive. Also replace Cackler with Favored Hoplite, because if there's something that Cackler shares a spot with it's not Hoplite but Crusader. Lastly Ordeal of Purphoros with anything else really.

Ethereal Armor is great here. Triggers heroic, grows when you cast it or Chained to the Rocks or Dragon's Breath. And it helps the little heroic guys out with First Strike.
-4 arkoan crusader, +4 favored hoplite
High cmc is pointless.
-3 elspeth, -1 martial glory, +4 madcap skills
And so on. Try to sink your curve down so you can get your lands down to 22 and push forward in the first few turns of the game.
