Hi guys so since devotion is a thing I wanted to post a idea for a mono-white devotion deck since that is pretty much the only one missing.
Here it is:
I only did a few test games so I cant really say how the matchups are but it did solid the few games I played. I plays like White Weenie and then goes bigger later. There are a few cards that could be incorporated like Gideon, Champion of Justice or Hundred-Handed One.
Also to be fair I got the inspiration from someone else. I just changed a few cards so I post his original deck list here too:
Creatures: 23
Monowhite Aggro by James Schultz (3rd-4th Place Hawaii)
I have a list similar to yours that I have been wanting to build for quite some time now. However I don't have all of the necessary cards and don't have the balls to shell out the money for them since I don't know how well the deck is going to play. I feel like its lack of a card advantage engine basically makes it lose to any other midrange deck.

Pacifism is pretty awful right now. If you want that effect splash red and use chained to the rocks. Here is a list that is White based that 4-0d a standard daily event on mtgo. http://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/204982
It is a good base, you could use more spears/creatures but having dsphere and chained are huge.

Thinking about it I really like the blue splash for Revelation because it makes sure you reach the stage where your cards can take over the board. How to try it out a bit.
Sideboard is right now the same as my other build.
An unusual choice is definitely Daxos of Meletis. He is kinda fragile but he can be quite some time basically unblockable. He hes of course best with the Spear in play because he is a 3/3 that way and giving you basically extra cards and giving you Archangel triggers is not bad either.
Im not sure on the number of Heliod and the Spears. I want to see them every game but drawing multiples is really bad. Maybe I have to reduce them to two again and play four Detention Spheres and Brave the Elements.
I don't really see what you get for devotion in white, lots of them are great on their own like reckoner and precinct captain but its more like a big white deck splashing blue still looks like fun
I have been tinkering with a mono-white devotion-etheral deck since rotation and have had alot of success with a pretty aggressive enchament based early game into a swarm/hard to deal with threat package.
While the deck can have some pretty insane openings (eidelon into 2 etheral armors is turn 2 14 point life swing followed by a possible turn 3 ajani kill) you normally want to save your etherals and bestows and not over commit to the board into something like a anger of the god's or Supreme Verdict. The board needs better cards (any suggestions?) but Renounce the guilds has been an all star, and is a card that I would recommend anyone tinkering with mono-white to try. It shuts down alot of the triple devotion cards and can even kill an early domri rade or Detention Sphere.
Ajani's Chosen is absoultely incredible with Heliod, And I would like to figure out how to sqeeze another in. Gideon is another powerhouse in board stalls and racing situations, as well as being very tough to spot remove. Overall I think mono-white is just as powerful as mono-blue however it has less powerful sideboard/splash options and can be very draw dependant.

Well devotion is mostly used as ramp to get cards sooner online. With a Precinct Captain and Reckoner a turn 4 Elspeth is possible with Nykthos. You can also pump out more tokens with Heliod.
Thats the reason I splashed blue since it gives you a big X spell for all the mana and it can get you out of troublesome spots

So let me know what you think of it. Every color has a known devotion deck so its time for white to show up too.
So I actually built this deck because It looked sweet and ran it through some 2 mans and figured out it is sadly unplayable. This deck can literally never in a million years beat G/R monsters, Naya, Dega aka any midrange deck. There creatures and spells are just infinitely better than ours. This deck does okay against control, still slightly in their favor, and is about 50-50 with mono blue devotion and mono black (depends on how many Grays/masters they draw). The thing this deck is good at is absolutely wrecking mono red, not remotely close. Mull to 4, on the draw? No problem. Captain, reckoner, gg. So what we need to do is add some other color which is sadly where my ability to test ends, given my MTGO brokeness. Oh yeah, for reference, my list is below. Only real change are the Archons which are actually really sweet with captains and paladins and the eidilons which really could be something else, not sure. All i know is we are not white weenie so we do not want 4 braves.
Main Deck:
2 Angel of Serenity
2 Archangel of Thune
3 Banisher Priest
4 Boros Reckoner
2 Celestial Archon
3 Fiendslayer Paladin
2 Heliod, God of the Sun
2 Hopeful Eidolon
4 Precinct Captain
4 Soldier of the Pantheon
2 Blind Obedience
3 Brave the Elements
2 Spear of Heliod
3 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
22 Plains
Sideboard:
1 Brave the Elements
2 Celestial Flare
2 Elspeth, Sun's Champion
2 Glare of Heresy
1 Heliod, God of the Sun
3 Renounce the Guilds
2 Rootborn Defenses
2 Smite
Phalanx leader is pretty useless for this decks game plan. Has anyone tested sphere of safety yet?
I wanted to say the same about Phalanx leader. He is a 1/1 for 2 thats only good if you play a lot of auras. There is synergy between Heliod and Ethereal Armor but with all the black decks running around playing auras is probably a bad idea.
I havent tested Sphere of Safety yet. I mean it's sick if you pull it off. The only problem I see is that you are just dead against control with it.

Looks not bad but I dont really want to go three colors. But W/r or W/u looks interesting. Blue gives you Detention Sphere and Sphinx's Revelation and counter spells. Red gives you burn, Aurelia, The Warleader, Aurelia's Fury and Boros Charm and Assemble the Legion
Thinking about it I really like the blue splash for Revelation because it makes sure you reach the stage where your cards can take over the board. How to try it out a bit.
2 Angel of Serenity
