This decklist I have tested extensively and to say the least. It Works! This is the perfect balance of everything you could ever want in these colors. Enjoy! Comments are appreciated
When this deck goes full out aggro, its scary the amount of pressure you can put on the opponent.
It all starts with a one drop....
Whether you throw down a Llanowar Elf or Experiment One, its gravy from there.
Llanowar will put you in a great position to throw down early Smiters and Advent of the Wurms.
EX1 Will grow and grow and grow. There are creatures here with 2,3,4, and 5 power. Many games, he has grown to 5 power. He is the MVP I would say. I can't count the amount of times he has dodged mass removal and maintained the pace with the VoR. One time (when he was a 5/5) a guy used 3 removal spells just to kill him because EX1 pissed him off so much! lol.
While Boon Satyr may have its place in certain decks, I don't think this is one. At least mainboard. I'd much rather be more aggressive out of the gates and increase my 1 CC. I'd replace them with Dryad Militant and/or Soldier of the Pantheon. 4 Guildgates are probably too much as well as the Mutavaults. I'd say 2 each max. I personally don't run any Guildgates.
The tools are definitely there to have a quality G/W Aggro deck, we just need to find the optimal build
Oh yeah, here is Craig Wescoe's Theros-updated GW list:
Garruk seems out of place in this deck. By the time you put him into play you should have plenty of mana to cast whatever creatures you want so his -3 isn't much. Card draw for his +1, for sure.
Edit: I'm not sure Elspeth belongs either, but if you are going to use her to pump out 1/1 tokens, you should probably also include Spear of Heliod. Wouldn't be a bad addition regardless.

@Flagg - You are thinking of Boon Satyr as purely 3GG - Enchanted creature gets +4/+2 Flash. I use boon satyr as a creature as well as an enchantment. It fits beautifully into the curve.
The Guild Gates are there to compensate for the Mutavaults. In other meta-games I couldn't agree more with you. However, this is a much slower meta (at least for the time being)
Soldier of the Pantheon and Dryad Militant add no value to the deck at all. This is not designed to be like Naya Blitz where you win on Turn X by massing creatures. What do you do if and when the opponent drops an omenspeaker. All of a sudden you have 4-8 dead cards in your deck where all you can do is scratch your balls and wait for something better. Llanowar accells into other stuff and EX1 Gets bigger as the game progresses.
@THG
Garruk is the only card that I am still contemplating due to the exact points that you made. The -3 ability is next to useless and same with the ultimate. However, by the time I cast Garruk I find myself needing to refill my hand and with 23 Creatures he does a bang up job doing that. I was considering replacing Garruk with either Primeval Bounty or Primordial Hydra.
What with the other creatures, Hydra has a huge target on its head. Thats my only problem.
Also Considering to add the pro blue hydra in side deck for Blue Control. Kind of hard to deal with Aetherlings. But everyone has that problem =)
