What does splashing R over U give you? Losing Geist of Saint Taft and Spectral Flight for Madcap Skills and Boros Charm doesn't seem to be worth it IMO.
Which is excellent, but not lethal. That takes until turn 4. At which point most players will have two creatures to happily throw under your bus.
Cool concept though, I like that you're trying something different. I just worry that if your opponent gets any kind of defense out, you're going to be sunk.

Geist of Saint Traft is actually going to become less important. I might drop a Witchstalker, for example.
Yeah, as ShiningEyes said, if they clog up the ground in any way shape or form odds are they'll be able to stabilize before you can deal lethal. I don't doubt this deck can still nut draw I just don't see the point in taking this route until GoST rotates.
4 Gladecover Scout
4 Voice of Resurgence

4 Ethereal Armor
4 Unflinching Courage
3 Boros Charm
4 Temple Garden
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Rootbound Crag
4 Sacred Foundry
1 Forest
2 Selesnya Charm
1 Boros Charm
4 Volcanic Strength
2 Nevermore

Madcap Skills hits harder than Spectral Flight, and is probably more evasive.
Losing Geist of Saint Traft is the worst, however.
However, I think the best possible scenario is going to be Gladecover Scout into Madcap Skills into Ethereal Armor/Rancor + Boros Charm.
