After loving Wee Dragonuts from the Original Ravnica block, I was thrilled to see Nivix Cyclop make a reappearance...Ive been building a deck based around him all month, and I think I finally have found a very strong build...
Looks pretty good but have you thought of using Pit Fight with the Cyclops?
I tested it, and I didnt like it. I tried many, many other spells as well...but I needed spells did not require my opponent having a creature in those types of games...so I limited it only to draw, burn, and pumped spells while making sure I could cast every single one with 1 mana as long as I controlled a single Goblin Electromancer.

I like this build ALOT! I was initially going to state that Blistercoil Weird felt too weak and recommend Nivmagus Elemental in that spot(because think what it does incrementally with some of the "weaker" effects like weapon's surge) and then also recommend looking for cheap cypher style effects, but I think this build is a better option as to where to go with such a deck.
Now that I see this deck though, I think it's altogether the better option. Guttersnipe offers needed inevitability after the initial rush, and also nets you a secondary win condition, and this deck's ability to counter other people's answers seems much more potent.
