I think for slivers you want some protection to mass removal like boros charm or Ready (Ready/Willing) , btw am just hoping for black slivers so we can use thorncaster sliver + deathtouch.
I think we could use evolving wilds and farseek in order to purge the deck so the Descendant's path would be more efective. Going some midrange with slivers would be a good plan, they get bigger and bigger.
I feel like they need to be quick, like verrry quick. With the slivers we have now they just die to removal too easily. That's why I think farseek is just reaching. Plus we really want predatory T2
I feel like we are a little be light on creatures as we want as much slivers as we can with Descendants' Path, even more on 1 drops, but I didn't want to get too high on the curve as I want to keep it an aggro deck and not some kind of midrange thing.
what do you guys think of that? I would like to have as much ideas as I can
It's a decent deck but I would personally drop the predatory slivers and add two gemhide slivers and two megantic slivers instead. would also drop two of the farseek to add two more gemhides which will drastically speed the deck up and pump out slivers quickly.:D

I know what you are thinking gemhide sliver is not mentioned or reprinted as of yet in M14, but seeing how they are remaking slivers I have a strong belief that it will get reprinted, but at this point I will create something similar to this deck.

Whether it is or isn't it hasn't been spoiled yet so it isn't standard. Tht comment belongs in baseless spec.
A multi colored sliver deck will be much better if the check lands (I think their called) will be brought back or something comparable. It would be nice if the new sets coming will have more of the other style creatures like vamps, zombies, goblins, elves, etc or some new breeds to go with the slivers.
Since we got manaweft Sliver spoiled I think we could possiblly play 5 color slivers but naya is still the way I want to go. here is the list I want to do.

Yea, those are MTG Bars. What can I say, I am a dork
How do you feel about a Thalia or two... or three? from my experience iv found that in this mid range/control heavy meta she does work. Even just slowing down their farseek 1 more turn makes me a happy swarmlord.... maybe taking out the hell riders orrr 2 thorns and a hellrider?
I feel we want to stay at a lower cmc if at all possible and having 7- 4cmc and 4- 5cmc creatures is pushing it a bit much.

problem is if you are running a primal surge it Thalia affects you being able to cast Primal Surge. For the card pool we have now, we do not have enough lower cmc slivers.
If you are facing decks with wipes you side out the surges and put in Boros Charms are rootborn defense.
And it is not that much of a control meta and the midrange decks to worry about really are on there heels the first 4 turns when slivers can possibly go off.

Do you really think Primal surge is viable for competitive standard play?(not being sarcastic)
I mean it COULD be amazing, but i feel that its a bit too Magicalchristmasland to work consistantly. I could be wrong here, but it seems to me that too much has to go right including keeping a creature that will only have 1-3 toughness when it matters on the board in a current meta where we have A LOT of bounce, kill, and exile. Not to mention Primal Surge is completely dependent on drawing one of the manawelfs. I dont know about you, but i love my consistancy and i hate having dead cards in hand, which is how i feel PS will end up 70% of the time.
As for Thalia any way that i can slow down my opponents manaramp or his ability to disrupt my snowballing slivers makes me super happy. PLUS you know for a fact she will eat the first removal which is fantastic since she wont be contributing to the swarm otherwise. I mean shes two cmc, whats not to love?
P.S. Why don't you want CoS as a 4 of?
Side note: How does everyone feel about the door of destinys? Too slow?
Thorncaster Silver giving all silvers the ability to ping 1 target damage to creature or player happens prior to the opponent declaring blockers...correct? Thus if you have 3 silvers attacking you can take out the opponents Vampires Nighthawk before the opponent can choose to block with his mr. flying deathtouch.
In sum this ability shouldn't just be evaluated on the ability to ping your opponents life but also its ability to remove threats and chump blockers.
Thorncaster ability also combines well with first strike (striking sliver) and doublestrike (bonescythe sliver) in keeping your slivers alive when they face "bigger creatures," since you strike prior to your opponent damaging your precious slivers.

You are correct good sir. As soon as they are declared as attackers the ability triggers. Which is before they declare blockers. Just like hellrider.
Unfourtunatly he has a 5cmc... if only he was at 4cmc... I still see him as a 2 of I suppose but nothing more.

Hellrider is 4 cmc, has haste, but its damage is only player damage
Thorncaster Silver is 5 cmc, is a sliver so it gets the other sliver boosters, it doesn't need haste to still affect the battlefield for as soon as it hits the field you can use your other slivers to either do direct player damage, hurt planeswalkers, remove threats, or remove chump blockers.
Yes 5 cmc is a lot but if it was only 4 cmc it would be vastly superior to hellrider. I am not sure how useful thorncaster will be at 5 cmc.
I don't want CoS as a 4 of because I do not like that many lands that do not tap for colored mana in the deck, especially when it comes to sideboarding and I might want to tap white and Red for a Boros Charm Indestructibility or rootborn defense. As people will see, I tend not to be greedy with my land bases.
I think Doors might actually be ridiculous. 4 mana Cost is not that card to hit especially on turn 3 with a manaweft on the field, you can reliably cast Door and another sliver to start pumping up your slivers, and turn 4 you can go critical mass and cast two more slivers which is threatening lethal. I am most definitely putting some with my slivers.

You can ramp into him turn 3 or 4 (assuming you hit all your land drops)

I think if you're running Domri/Descendants' Path, you'd skip Doors to maximize your Path/Domri hits, especially since you already have Predator/Battle/Megantic Sliver available for buffs.
I think you want at least 30 creatures to maximize your Domri/Path chances. I also added some Searing Spears for extra reach. 20 lands might be too low, and I couldn't find room for Cavern and/or Mutavault. The numbers on the 4+ costing Slivers probably aren't optimized, and the list probably needs to fit in Boros Charm to deal with Supreme Verdict. Hopefully another 1-cost sliver will be spoiled in these colors.
Sideboard was thrown together haphazardly without much thought.

But this IS a tribal deck... and a 3 color tribal deck at that. You only have 6 cards (i guess 9 including the hell riders... but i feel they are meh in a sliver deck honestly) that wouldn't benefit from CoS. It would make your mana base A LOT more reliable as far as casting your slivers.
20 lands is wayyy too low. Especially if you are running cards like battle sliver. with a cmc of something like this youre looking at 24ish easy :/
I dont know man, i feel the slivers cmc needs to be kept low to make them any sembelence of competitive. We NEED to hit hard and fast and get our snowball running as soon as possible. We will not be able to out midrange Jund or last vs control if they get to turn 6-7... and thats being gracious. While manaweft is awesome we cant put all of our hopes and dreams onto his back, it wont work out like that. He should be used to keep our decks consistent and working faster than the other aggro decks can manage.
Thats just my 2 cents... ill try and come up with a list later on today, so im not just naysaying everyone without attempting to give back.
So Above is my changes to the deck with the reveal of door of destinies. It is pretty straight forward, with 30 or so slivers to help Domri Triggers.
Now this list might change if they release a sliver that is basically a Crystalline sliver that gives all slivers hexproof. Or if they release one more blue sliver because galestrider sliver is so, so, so good, and Rug is looking mighty tempting if they release one more playable blue sliver.
But right now the mainboard is straight forward, with dedicated slots in the sideboard for the control match up.
One more thing I really want in this deck is more card draw, which would make Rug slivers more desirable because I could play Beck//Call which would be ridiculous with slivers.

You can ramp into him turn 3 or 4 (assuming you hit all your land drops)
Striking Sliver -> Manaweft Sliver -> Thorncaster Sliver
although I'd rather wait until turn 4, doing something like this:
Striking Sliver -> Manaweft Sliver -> Hive Stirrings -> Thorncaster + something else
You go 1 -> 2 -> 5 -> 8 in terms of mana
I think if you're running Domri/Descendants' Path, you'd skip Doors to maximize your Path/Domri hits, especially since you already have Predator/Battle/Megantic Sliver available for buffs.
Here's my first draft btw:

2 Battle Sliver
3 Domri Rade

4 Rootbound Crag
4 Sunpetal Grove
4 Stomping Ground
4 Temple Garden
4 Sacred Foundry
1 Searing Spear
4 Mizzium Mortars
4 Volcanic Strength
2 Act of Treason
2 Mutavault
1 Cavern of Souls
1 Groundshaker Sliver
